Our description
Chrisa Apartment is an accommodation just a few steps away from the beach. It is an apartment that has a balcony, an equipped kitchen and has kind owners who are there for all guest questions.
Chrisa Apartment is located in Limenas, 10m from the beach and 450m from the town center. The first market is located 550m away.
It is an accommodation that offers one apartment (45m2) on the first floor with two bedrooms. Although it is located in the first row from the sea, the view is partly due to the trees in front of the accommodation. The first bedroom has two single beds while the second room has one double bed. The living room has a sofa where can sleep two persons and one sofa where one person can sleep.
It should be noted that space would be more narrow if the couch is folded out. The living room also has a small TV, air conditioning and a kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, an oven and a fridge. There is one bathroom and there is a shower with a curtain as well as a washing machine. Owners can also lend iron to guests.
Cleaning, towels and bed linen are changed every 3-4 days.
The accommodation does not have private parking, but according to the owner, it is free to park anywhere in the neighborhood.
Accommodation can be reached by turning right from the ferry, then to the left and accessing the main street Dimitriadou (Dimitriadou), which leads left towards the city center. Chrisa Apartments is near the old harbor, right next to the Island beach bar.
If you want a beachfront accommodation with everything on a walking distance, Chrisa Apartment can be a great choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
