Our description

Elvetia House is accommodation ideal for the ones who like to enjoy beautiful sea view. It is located in the center of Potos, in the front row by the sea and offers very spacious and comfortable duplex apartments.

The house is in a quiet area only 30m from the beach and 50 meters from the center as well from bakery, supermarket and restaurants.

Elvetia House consists of just two apartments on the first floor with stunning sea view. Each apartment is 80m2 with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, large balcony with beautiful sea view and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a stove. Each bedroom is with two single beds and an air conditioning. One bedroom has entrance to the balcony at the back side of the villa. In bathroom there is a shower cabin and a hair dryer. Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. They are suitable for couples or a family of four. Both are on the second floor.

Change of towels, bedding and cleaning is done every five days.

In front of the villa there is parking space which is free, but it is not private.

House is located in the center, in the first row to the sea, on the right side from the pier, behind the large parking lot and amphitheater.

If you wish to have balcony with amazing view and accommodation one step away from everything, this can be a good choice for you.

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.

    Poštovana, Potreban nam je smeštaj u ELVETIA HOUSE 2 dvosobna apartmana za dve porodice . Jedna porodica je 2+ troje dece ( 11,13,15 ) i druga 2+ dvoje (10 i16) god. Za period od 14.07. do 28.07.2020. godine. Molim Vas za ponudu Hvala Aleksandra Spasojević

    Hi! we want to rent a 4Bed Apartment for the period 02/09-10/09 , a family 2 adults and 2 kids Need to understand : - price offer and if breakfast included - structure and size of apartment - if you have own parking and car access till bungalow - place has own beach ? if not , how far is the nearest beach ; is it a sandy beach? - how far is the village/town with shops, restaurants etc - WiFi exists Kindly reply us as soon as possible and indicate a phone number + time period when we can contact if if have further questions Thank you Emanuel
