Our description
Garden studios is located in Potos, close to the beach and center. It is new and modern.
From the main crossroad it is around 350m away, and from the beach around 450m away.
It consists of two triple studios and one duplex apartment for four or five persons.
Studios are for 3 persons but one of them is smaller than the other two. Two studios are 25m2 each, with one double and one single bed. Smaller studio is 22m2 and it has one double bed which has another one standard bed that is folding out. Each studio has fully equipped kitchen, AC, TV and separate bathroom.
The duplex apartment can accommodate up to 5 persons. It is 45m2. When you enter this apartment first you are entering a bedroom where is a double bed, then you are entering an area where is a kitchen from where is a way to the bathroom, and it continues to another bedroom where is also one double bed and which has another one standard bed that is folding out. It has equipped kitchen, AC, TV, hair dryer and balcony.
Cleaning is provided daily and linen and towels are changed every 3 days.
The yard is spacious and includes a large table with chairs, as well as a barbecue.
Parking is provided in the garden.
The facility is brand new, built for the 2018 season.
The first supermarket is 300 meters away.
Coming from Limenaria direction, turn left towards Theologos village on the main crossroad in Potos. After about 200 meters turn left(exactly across the hair dresser Mary) and follow the road. Soon you will see Garden from your left side.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
