Owners description
Garden Bay Studios is located in Potos, at a distance of 300m from the beach. There is a supermarket, as well as a gas station 100m away.
There are:
-five double-bed studios with two single beds,
-one double-bed studio with one double bed,
-two three-bed studios with one french bed and one single bed,
-two three-bed studios with two joined single beds and one single bed,
-two five-bed apartments with five single beds.
All units are air-conditioned, have WIFI, mosquito nets, TV, standard fridge. The bathrooms have either walk-in showers or bathtub showers with curtains.
All units have their own balcony with chairs and a table. Apartments have two balconies each.
Cleaning is charged extra if guests stay for less than seven days, while those who stay for seven days or longer have a free cleaning service and change of bed linen and towels.
Pets are allowed, but it is necessary to pay an additional 10% of the total price of the reservation.
In the lobby of the elementary school, which is located right in front, guests can park their cars, and parking is free.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
