Our description
Periklis Rooms & Apartments is an accommodation located in the very center of Potos and close to all attractions that this place has to offer. The accommodation units are nicely decorated and properly maintained by the owner, and private parking is also available to the guests. The beach is about a 100m from the accommodation.
This accommodation is located in Potos, as we mentioned in the introduction, and the first market, as well as the bakery, are located 30m away.
There are five accommodation units in the offer - two 2 Bed studios (20m2), one 4 Bed Studio (45m2), one 4 Bed Apartment (45m2) and one duplex apartment with two separate bedrooms (40m2).
2 Bed studios are located on the first floor and have two single beds, that can be joined if necessary. On the first floor there is also an apartment with two separate bedrooms. There’s a double bed in the first bedroom, while the other bedroom has two single beds. This apartment has one bathroom with a shower cabin. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped.
On the top floor there is a 4 Bed Studio and a 4 Bed Apartment. The layout of the beds in these units is the same - there is one double bed and two single beds. Both units have spacious balconies, with the balcony in the 4 Bed Studio being slightly smaller than the balcony in the 4 Bed Apartment.
Each accommodation unit has a kitchen, equipped with an electric kettle and a toaster, a balcony overlooking the street, mosquito nets, hairdryer, safe, WiFi, A/C and a TV. Baby cot is available on request. The bathrooms in the 2 Bed studios have a shower base and a curtain, while all other units have a shower cabin.
Cleaning is done each day, while the towels and bed sheets get changed after every fourth day.
The accommodation has a private parking, available for all the guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
