Our description

Moloches apartments are located just across the beach Psili Ammos, one of the most popular and the most beautiful beaches on the south of Thassos. It is modest accommodation with wooden furniture, good location and nice sea view.

Psili Ammos Beach is exactly across the street, 30 meters away.

Accommodation consists of three 4 bed studios and two 6 bed apartments.

Studio #1 is 4 bed (32m2) and it has one double bed which is smaller than standard, two single beds and kitchen in the same space. In front of the studio is a balcony with sea view. Studio #2 and #3 (26m2) are each with one double bed smaller than standard, two single beds and kitchen in the same space. In front of those two studios, there is shared balcony with table and chairs for each studio.

Apartment #4 has 76m2, it can accommodate up to 6 persons, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and separated kitchen. Each bedroom has double + single bed, A/C and exit to the balcony with an amazing sea view. One bedroom has private bathroom (smaller one), while the other bathroom is bigger. Kitchen is equipped, it has big fridge and cooker with the oven. Price is the same if the apartment is used for 4 or 6 persons.

Apartment #5 is for 6 persons (68m2) and it has a garden view. It consists of two bedrooms, in one there are 3 single beds, and in the other one there are one double bed and one single bed. There is no air conditioning. Bathroom in this apartment is smaller and with a shower, and a kitchen is in a separated space. The apartment has entrance to the garden with table and chairs.

Internet access is available, and every unit has A/C and TV, bathroom, kitchen and balcony.

Towels and sheets are provided but during the stay guests are taking care of hygiene by themselves.

In the garden, there are 5 parking spots.

The accommodation is 4km from Potos and 1km from Astris. The closest market is in Astris, and if you want to buy essentials you can find small shop just next to the restaurant Batis.

When you are coming from Limenaria, 5km after Potos you will reach this sandy beach, and right before restaurant Batis, on the left side of the road, there is the entrance to Moloches apartments.

If you want accommodation out of town, across the beach, with a big balcony and sea view, Moloches apartments is the right choice.

Owners description

In a green setting with pine and olive trees on the beach, inside a fenced plot are the Houses Moloches.

All houses have sea views and are suitable for 2-4 people and for 4-6 people. Richly furnished with taste to satisfy all the requirements of our customers, all have a separate entrance. They have fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, bath or shower, TV and WiFi wireless internet connection.

The plot extends from the sea up to the mountain.

Psili Amos is one of the most beautiful and picturesque beaches of Southern Thassos.

Moloches apartments are ideal for those who like peace and isolation, but also close distance from the beach is just another one plus.

 Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.
