Our description
Evaggelia Nikolaki Sea View is located in a small fishing village of Skala Maries and offers an apartment and a studio with sea view. The accommodation is highly popular among the tourist because of its location and affordable prices. The owners are pleasant and always meet the demands of their guests.
The accommodation is located 150m from the center, the taverns, stores and city beach.
On the ground floor, there is a studio (27m2) that has two double beds and folding sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. There's an access to the spacious balcony from the studio, that has a sea and a beach view. Also, there's an access from the street to the balcony, the thing that makes the balcony transient, but in agreement with the owner, the doors can be shut. This studio can be rented for two, three, four or five people.
On the upper floor, there are three smaller rooms with double beds, and in two of them, an extra bed can be added. Each of the rooms has its own bathroom and one of them has a shower base while the other two have only tiles (there isn't a shower base). The room that has a shower base is separated from the balcony by a screen, that can be pulled from the top, while the other two rooms have standard doors. There's an equipped common kitchen with two large refrigerators, an oven, and a dining room, on the common balcony with the lovely view of the city beach and Skala Maries. You will have the chance to enjoy the unique and beautiful sunsets, while you are having your meal. These three rooms are being rented together as an apartment, and for each of them there is an entrance from the common balcony.
Both of the units have WiFi, A/C, TV, hair dryer and mosquito nets. The owners are a really nice people that have another two accommodations that can be seen on our website, also. You can buy olive oil and honey from the owners.
The cleaning, and the change of towels and bed linen is done every three days.
There is a parking space in front of the accommodation.
The accommodation is located in a small village of Skala Maries. Coming from Prinos, take a right turn at the sign that points to the Atspas beach, right at the exit from Skala Maries. Driving right next to the sea, you will pass small cross road and after 130m you will see this villa at the turn point, on the left side of the road.
The villa is an ideal choice for families that want affordable, classic accommodation with a beautiful sea view.

Owners description
The house is located 50-70m from the city beach in Skala Maries. This house has three private rooms on the third floor of the house, each triple with a fridge, air condition, TV and bathroom but without kitchen. Shared kitchen is available for all three rooms at this floor. The accommodation at this floor is the most suitable for a family or a group of friends. The entire floor can accommodate 8-9 people. All rooms are with a sea view.
On the first floor of the house there is five bed studio with a sea view, kitchen, air condition and TV. The studio has two double beds and a sofa bed. For the fifth person there is an extra charge.
WiFi Internet is available inside the house. House doesn't have a private parking but guests can park near or in front of the house. Cleaning and change of towels and sheets is done after three days. Kitchens are fully equipped, and windows and doors are with mosquito nets.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, Potreban mi je smestaj na Tasosu (mirnije mesto, sto blize plazi) za 5 odrasle osobe i 2 deteta (8godina i 10meseci). Da bude apartman sa dve odvojene sobe ili dve sobe (trokrevetne), u periodu od 01.-11.07. Hvala Kolika bi bila cena ovog smestaja?

Vrlo smo zadovoljni boravkom u smestaju Evaggelia Nikolaki Sea View. Pored izvanredne lokacije na kojoj se nalazi , higijena je na zavidnom nivou. Vlasnica je veoma draga I ljubazna gospodja . Smestaj nije opremljen u modernom stilu ali to ne umanjuje toplinu kojom odise.

Iako nam nije prvi put da letujemo u ovom mestu, Evaggelia Nikolaki Sea View apartnam je doprineo da imamo predivno iskustvo sa letovanja. Apartman pruža sve uslove, a kako nas je bilo osmoro, bez ikakvih problema i gužve smo uživali. Izuzetno prostrana terasa, na kojoj se nije osećalo da nas ima toliko, pruža nezaboravan pogled na mest, more i zalazak sunca. Za svaku preporuku
