Our description

Casa Del Sol is located in a small fishing village Skala Maries, just 50m from the city beach. Aparment is spacious, very nicely decorated and has sea view. Guests can use barbecue.

It's only 450m from the famous Atspas beach. The market and the butcher's shop are at 50 meters from the accommodation, as well as the center of the place with taverns and the city beach.

It's a renovated apartment (52m2) that's been rented since 2017. It's located on the second floor and it's intended for up to four adults and a baby. There's a double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed for two in the living room. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer, and the kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, a hot plate and a small oven. The apartment has two terraces with a view of the sea and the center of the city. There's also a barbecue on the terrace. There's no possibility of adding an extra bed.

The apartment has WiFi, AC, TV and mosquito nets.

Replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is done after three days.

There's no private parking, but guests can park their cars on the street in front of the accommodation.

When you reach the central bay in this place, you'll see this accommodation on the left side of the hill after 50m.

Casa del Sol is good choice for those who want nice accommodation with sea view.

Casa Del Sol is located in the picturesque village of Skala Maries, Thassos. The fully furnished, 50m2 apartment is on the third floor. It was renovated in 2017. and comfortably host 4 people.

There is a beautiful view of the sea and a separate entrance. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a pull-out sofa which can sleep 2 people and a second smallest sofa. Also, there is an LCD TV with satellite channels, free internet access, and A/C. For your convenience, a baby cot or a baby tube is available by request. In addition, there is a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen which has a mini-oven with stove, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Likewise, there is an ironing board with iron, hair dryer and a small barbecue that can be moved to the balcony or the back yard. All windows and doors are equipped with screens. The balcony has an amazing view of the sea and the center of the village.

The location is quiet and suitable for families, couples or groups. There is free parking for guests, directly in front of the apartment. Thassos Apartment is located 40m from the center beach where you can rent chairs and umbrellas if you wish. Around the beach, there are restaurants, a pizzeria, a bakery and a pharmacy. There is also a butcher shop and a super market down the street.

You can visit one of the most popular beaches on the island, Atspas beach which is 500m away from the apartment. The sandy beach with crystal clear blue shallow water which recommend it for families with small children. There are a beach bar and a restaurant where you can enjoy a meal while viewing the amazing sunset. The village of Skala Maries is famous for each breath taking sunset. Furthermore, Platanes Beach is also 6 minutes away on foot, which also has a beach bar. Another option is Fari Beach which recommends it for people who prefer a quiet place to swim. This is not an organized beach and is unknown to most. Fari Beach is a unique place where you have the opportunity to explore the bottom of the sea.

Thassos Apartment is 7km away from Limenaria, the second largest Village on the island and 11km away from Potos.
