Owners description
Ioannis apartment is located in the village of Skala Marion on Thassos island in a quiet neighborhood with free parking on the road. In just 50m you are in the center of the village where you can eat, relax, have fun and make shopping.
In the center, there are 5 fish taverns in front of the sea, 2 mini markets, 2 coffee bars, a bakery and a pizzeria. The distance from the 2 nearby beaches is at 150 meters and one kilometer away is the famous Atspas beach such as supermarkets, a coffee bar-restaurant and souvenirs shops.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 single bed. It has a kitchen with a lounge, a bathroom with bathtub and two balconies with τηε view of the village, the sea and the mountain.
It also has air conditioning, plasma TV, hot water, free wifi and It is ideal for a family up to 3 children or 2 couples. The decoration and many of the furniture is handmade by us and made with a lot of passion because we want our customers to be in a beautiful and unique environment with all the comforts and tranquility that we want in to have during the vacation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
