Owners description
The renowned coastline of Thassos, Golden Beach awarded with 2 blue flags in conjunction with the village of Skala Potamia has a great variety of restaurants, cafes, beach bars and tourist accommodation that makes it for the ideal location. In this area Golden Blue Studios has to offer, only 350 meters from the sea, a newly build villa with character and finesse while respecting the tradition of the island. The one floor villa is decorated with stone and materials in a special way in order to complement the holidays of the visitor and to highlight the island’s beauty and the specificity of the northern Aegean.
There are 2 bedrooms, living-room with couch (can sleep 2 people), 2 bathrooms and a kitchen fully equipped with everything. In total, the villa can accommodate about 6-7 people.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
