** Giota Villa is a quality accommodation that offers its visitors privacy, as it is a self-contained unit that is fully equipped with the necessary things for a comfortable stay. **
This accommodation is located in the village of Potamia, 3km from the beach in Skala Potamia. The first market is located 300m from the accommodation.
Giota Villa has one maisonette (130m2) in its offer, accommodation unit on two levels - ground floor and first floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with one double bed in each, while on the first floor there is also an equipped kitchen with a stove. A dining table is also available to guests. In addition to two double beds, the accommodation unit has a double sofa bed.
The cleaning is done every day while the change of bed linen and towels is done every three days.
Accommodation unit has a bathroom with cabin, equipped kitchen, air conditioning and TV, terrace and internet access.
The yard is fenced and paved and guests have at their disposal a barbecue as well as a table and chairs with umbrellas.
There is a private parking.

Owners description
Villa Giota is a new stone-built residence of about 130m2 which is situated in Potamia village (above the Skala Potamia place, looking from the sea toward the mountain).
On the ground floor are the entrance and the corridor leading to two spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom has one king-size bed, TV, wardrobe and the balcony door leads to the patio of the house. On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom that includes a washing machine. On the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, and hobs. The living room (about 45m2) includes comfortable dining room for 6-8 guests, a sofa that becomes a double bed, second sofa, a TV 40 sat and a balcony. All rooms are air-conditioned and have wireless and wired internet access.
In the courtyard, there is a private parking space, BBQ and and an open-air dining room.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
