Our description

Anassa is a new and very beautiful house lined with decorative facade bricks, with lots of interesting details made of wood and brass, with reception, lobby and dining area, beautifully landscaped and fenced yard, built-in barbecue, shared kitchen, playground for children and private covered parking with video surveillance.

Accommodation is located in Skala Potamia at about 700-800m from the beach, in a quiet street, about 30 meters from the EKO petrol station.

There are 32 accommodation units available, divided into two buildings that are located one across another. All studios have new and modern furniture, comfortable beds with thick mattresses, kitchen equipped for light cooking (without frying), with refrigerators, dishes and cutlery, LCD TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, iron, hair dryer, safe box, wired and wireless internet, a beautiful bathroom with the high class toilets and tiles in brown tones, private balcony with outdoor seating furniture, overlooking the front or back side of the building (the sea can be seen in the distance, behind the trees and rooftops) and with mosquito nets on doors and windows. Rooms don’t have kitchen but there’s a kettle, cups and glasses provided for guests of these accommodation units.

In the first building, on the ground floor, there are 11 accommodation units that don’t have kitchen. Eight rooms are for two people, while the other two are for four people. Rooms for 2 people are equipped with one double bed while there is one double bed and one sofa bed for two persons in rooms for 4 people. The size of the 2 bed rooms varies, from 15m2 to 19m2, while the size of the 4 bed rooms is around 20m2. There’s also one apartment for 4 people equipped with one double bed and two single bed in the bedroom. This accommodation units has a bath tub and the size of the apartment is 28m2.

On the first floor of the first building, there are five studios (two for 2 people and three for 4 people) that have a kitchen with two stove tops *one of them is small). Three accommodation units are equipped with double beds while in the 4 bed studios there’s one double bed and one sofa bed for two. The size of the 2 bed studios is around 18m2 and about 22m2 for 4 bed studios. Although these units have kitchen inside, frying is extremely forbidden because they are for light meals.

On the second floor of this building there are two 2 bed studios and three 4 bed studios. All 2 bed studios have double beds while 4 bed studios have one double bed and sofa for two. Three studios on this floor have sea view. The size of the 2 bed units varies, from 15m2to 19m2, while 4 bed studios are about 20m2.

In the second building that is located across the first one, there are 11 units that don’t have kitchen (eight of them are 2 bed rooms, two of them are 4 bed rooms and one apartment). There’s one double bed in 2 bed rooms, while the 4 bed rooms are equipped with one double bed and one sofa bed. The apartment is slightly different an has one double bed and two single beds. All of the units are on the ground floor.

Studios are cleaned daily, while bed linen and towels are replaced every three days. Guests can use washing machine free of charge.

Guests can use a shared kitchen and barbecue in the yard.
There’s a playground for children also, free of charge for the guests of accommodation. For older children and adults there’s a table tennis and table football.

The area around the building and parking are under video surveillance.

You can easily notice the accommodation, if you are coming from the direction of Limenas, as soon as you pass the EKO gas station on the main road, you will see Anassa around 30m away.

I have to say that this accommodation looks more beautiful live than on the pictures and that rarely happens. So, if you want a quality accommodation, not necessarily on the beach, the Anassa Studios is an excellent choice.

Thassos Island is located in the North Aegean and is just a few miles away from Kavala. Thassos Island is of exquisite beauty, combining beautiful nature and plenty of activities. Potamia, a village in the northeast of the island, home of the great sculptor Polygnotos Vagi (1894-1965) with the homonymous museum, is perched on the hillside of the highest peak of Thassos, Ypsario, overlooking the bay of Potamia, the Golden Beach. A stunning one kilometer beach, with sandy beach and sparkling sea, in this location you will find studios Anassa.

Cooking is not allowed, both in studios and rooms. Rooms without kitchen have equipment for coffee and breakfast preparation, such as coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and glasses. In order to prepare meal, guest can use central kitchen with a small charge.

In the reception area there is a lounge and also parking space. You can also enjoy the home cinema which is available for our customers. There is also a communal kitchen and laundry. The large yard offers plenty of recreational opportunities. At the bar you can enjoy your coffee and your drink. At the barbecue you can organize nice evenings with friends.

The playground which is located in our field will provide endless hours of joy and amusement to our little friends and relaxing moments for parents. Many colorful toys and funny inflatable construction, special soft flooring and fenced grounds compose our playground that has been created with love for children and is something unique in the region. While parents may enjoy a coffee or a drink in the garden, children take pleasure playing in a safe playground.
