Our description

Maistrali Studios is a modest accommodation, few minutes from the beach. It has private parking and a yard with a shade, and a separate part with toys for the youngest visitors.

Maistrali Studios is located in Skala Rachoni, only 30m away from the beach. The beach is sandy, with a gradual depth and natural shade. The first market is located 170m from the accommodation.

There are five studios (15m2) for rent, on the ground floor. Studios can be double or triple because an extra bed can be added (if needed). The studios have either one double or two connected single beds.

Studios have air condition, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, mosquito nets and hairdryer. There is a washing machine that can be used by the guests, you only need to give the thing you want to be washed to the owners.

Cleaning, towels and bed linen replacement is done every three days.

It has a nice landscaped yard, with a lawn and a separate section with toys for children. The yard is full of flowers, palm trees, greenery and is partly shaded. There is also a built-in barbecue for guests.

Private parking is provided for all guests.

Maistrali Studios can be found very easy. If you are coming from Limenas, upon entering Skala Rachoni, just keep on driving straight until you see a pastry shop Kohili, snack bar Sesoula and Lazaridi Studios. After that, you will see the table that is pointing to the Maistrali Studios.

If you’re looking for decent accommodation in a small town close to the beautiful beach, Maistrali Studios can be a good choice.

Owners description

Maistrali Studios offers self-catering accommodation with patio overlooking the garden, WiFi access and private parking on site. All units include a kitchenette with a refrigerator and cooking facilities, TV and A/C, featuring a private bathroom with a bath or shower and a hairdryer. Barbecue facilities are provided in the garden, as well as a shared lounge area.

Maistrali Studios are 100m from the beach of Skala Rachoni. Limenas is 10km away.

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.

    Dear Sirs, We are a group of people from Bulgaria who are looking for accomodation for around 10 days in the period between 20th of June and 30th of July 2019.
