Our description

Augustos Giota Villa is located near Trypiti beach, one of the most famous in Thassos. Villa offers three studios with pool view. Garden is very nice, with swimming pool and sunbeds. Parking is provided. The owners are very nice and helpful.

The closest supermarket is located approximately at 2km, located in Limenaria. Tripiti isn’t a town, there is only the beach that in its hinterland has several hotels and villas for rent, so you’ll do purchasing in Limenaria to where you need three minutes of drive. In Limenaria there is a great promenade, a large selection of shops, restaurants and bars. Potos is less than 10-minute drive from the villa Augustos Giota. Trypiti beach is about 200 meters away. Since through the neighbour’s yard you can not go to the beach, you can reach it on footpath around the hotel or through the underground tunnel of the Zoe hotel.

This complex was built in 2010. It has nice, bright studios, with new furniture, kitchens and bathrooms and enough spacious balconies, some of which have a partial view of Tripiti beach and sea. In the back of the beach is a large parking lot, several restaurants and cafes, as well as the hotel Blue Dream Palace with four stars and a few smaller hotels.

In both buildings of the villa, there are total 12 studios, three on the ground floor and three upstairs. All studios have a separate entrance directly from the yard or in the back of the buildings and their balconies are located on the front. Only three studios are available for internet reservations and they are located in the building closer to the pool. There is one four bed studio (27m2) that is on the upper floor and has a double and a single bed and a drawer that slides out from the side, with a full-size mattress. Two triple studios (23m2) are located on the first and ground floor. They have two single beds and a drawer that slides out from the side, with a full-size mattress. In these two units can be added and an extra bed if needed.

The quadruple studio is on the upper floor in the middle, while the triple studios are above each other on the side closer to the sea.

All the units have shower in the bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen with a bigger fridge.

Cleaning is done every two days and the replacement of towels and linen after five days.

The courtyard is paved and has a medium sized swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas. The pool is very clean and can be used until 10:00 pm.

Parking space is provided for all of the guests of the accommodation.

Augustos Giota Villa is located in the south of the island, about 3km before the center of Limenaria, on the right of the main road when coming from the direction of Scala Maries, on the hill above the beautiful sandy-pebble beach Tripiti. Alongside the road on the right, you will see an interesting stone wall and a gate, roughly opposite the entrance to the hotel Zoe and there turn toward the villa. After passing through the gate, you will first encounter a parking space, and then to the left, you’ll see the top object, and then below it is another identical facility and eventually the yard pool.

This accommodation will be suitable for all those who want a studio furnished with good furniture, with a decent terrace near the beach, but still a bit secluded from the town noise. Tripiti is famous for its pine trees and beautiful and wide beach, which is especially good for swimmers and divers.

Accommodation on the Trypiti beach may serve as a good base since the Atspas beach is five minute drive away and the Sunset beach in Skala Maries, as well as Pefkari and sandy beaches San Antonio, Roso Gremos, Notos and Psili Amos are nearby.

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.
