Private house (weekend cottage) right on the beach, ideal for multiple families or large groups, offers privacy, tranquility, and direct access to the beach, with a fantastic sea view and waking up to the sound of the waves. If you have dreamed of a house by the sea, this can be an excellent choice for you.

The house can accommodate up to 12 people and has 4 bedrooms and one living room. It is located right on the beach, about 5.5 kilometers from Asprovalta, specifically between the towns of Kerdilia and Asprovalta.
The house consists of two levels, with interior stairs. On the ground floor of the house, there is a large living room with a corner sofa bed where two adults can sleep.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with an oven, as well as complete utensils and cutlery for 12 people. The kitchen also includes a microwave, an electric kettle, a coffee filter machine, and a toaster.
In the living room, there is also a TV and a dining table.

In addition to the living room, on the ground floor, there is a small bedroom with a bunk bed. The bottom bed can be pulled out to create an additional single bed, so three people can sleep in this room, two adults on the lower bed and one child on the upper bed.

On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. From the living room, stairs lead to the next level where three bedrooms are located. The first bedroom has two single beds and a romantic window on the sloping roof, the second bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, a mirror, and a terrace with a direct sea view. The sea view is fantastic and can be enjoyed from the bed, where you can also see the moon reflection in the sea. You will also enjoy the same breathtaking view from the terrace of the third bedroom, which also has a sea view. This room has two sofa beds. Each of them can sleep two children or two slim adults.
There is also a bathroom on the second level.

In front of the house, there is a paved courtyard with two kiosks, a barbecue area, two large tables, and chairs for 12 people.
Within the courtyard, there is enough space for parking 2-3 cars, as well as in front of the house.

The beach in front of the house is not organized, and you can use your own equipment. About 2 kilometers from the house is the Bratsaki Beach Bar.
The total area of the house is 100 square meters - 50 on the ground floor and 50 on the first floor. The bedrooms are of smaller size.

The air conditioning unit is located on the first floor and is used to cool all the rooms.
The beach in front of the house has sand and pebbles, with a gradual depth, and there are also some boulders and a little sand further out.
To the left of the house, there is a part of the beach suitable for fishing.

A wide selection of shops for supplies (Lidl, Masutis, and others) are just a few minutes' drive away in Asprovalta, as well as entertainment options for children and evening outings.

Guests enter a clean house and are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay, for which cleaning supplies and equipment are provided in the house. Additional cleaning is available as an option and is subject to an additional fee, in agreement with the owner on-site. Towels are provided for guests upon arrival and additional ones are available during their stay, as well as spare bed linen. All windows have mosquito nets, and guests also have access to a hairdryer and an iron.

The house (weekend cottage) Fenia is a perfect choice for families who seek privacy and proximity to the sea, for socializing, tranquility, going to the beach in swimwear, enjoying the sounds of the waves, waking up, sipping coffee, and spending the whole day next to the sea.
