Our description
Philoxenia Suites is the accommodation in Vrasna Paralia, 100m from the center and about 120m from the beach. Accommodation is based on bed and (continental) breakfast served at the bar. Guests can use the pool bar with umbrellas and sun loungers (no charge), pool with a part for children and a barbecue with sitting sets. There is also a private parking.
The nearest shop and bakery are at 100m.
They offer junior studios (28m2) for three persons, with one double and a sofa bed, superior studios (24m2) for four persons, with two double beds, family apartments (34m2) for four persons, with one double bed in the bedroom and another double bed in the kitchen area, as well as family apartments (38m2) for five people, with one double bed in the bedroom and one double and a sofa bed in the kitchen part.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, fully equipped kitchen (2-ring hot plate and a fridge with freezer), bathroom with a hairdryer and a terrace.
Cleaning, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels, is performed after five days. Laundry service is available with an extra charge.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
