Our description
Philoxenia Beach Hotel is located on the beach, in the center of Vrasna Paralia. Guests can use a beach bar with umbrellas and sun loungers (no charge, with mandatory consumption from the bar).
The nearest store is at 30m and a bakery 120m away.
There are studios (18-22m2) for 2-4 people, with one double bed in doubles and two double beds in quadruple studios. There are also 6-bed apartments (36m2) with one bedroom and two double beds and a sofa bed.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, fully equipped kitchen (2-ring hot plate and a fridge with freezer), bathroom and a terrace with the sea view.
Replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is performed after five days. There is also a laundry service with an extra charge.
Free private parking is available in the back, as well as free WiFi internet.
After entering Vrasna Paralia at the traffic lights, make a left before bakery and market (150m from traffic lights) and drive ahead for about 80m. When you pass the villa Armiriki turn left and drive towards the coast until you reach Philoxenia Beach Hotel is on the right side of the road.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
