Our description
Dona Studios accommodation is located in Stavros, at about 20m from the beach and about 50m from the city center. It offers studios for 2-3 people. Facilities include a beautifully landscaped garden with shared barbecue and sitting area, as well as a private parking.
The closest grocery store and bakery are at 50m.
The studios are 21-23m2, with one double or two connected single beds and a sofa bed.
All studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, fully equipped kitchen (with a small refrigerator with freezer and a hot plate), wireless internet, bathroom, terrace and mosquito nets on the windows.
Replacement of bed linen and towels is done after five days, while the guests themselves maintain hygiene in the studios.
After entering Stavros, drive towards the gas station on the right side, continue to the intersection and turn to the left towards the sea. After the supermarket Elinika, turn to the left into a small alley and drive on for 50 meters until you reach Dona Studios on your right-hand side.
Dona Studios offers good accommodation in the immediate vicinity of the city beach in Stavros and is an ideal choice for travellers looking for a stay at an affordable price near the beach.

Dona Studios are located in Stavros 100m from the shore. The two-storey house offers studios and apartments with a capacity of 2-6 people. All apartments provide kitchen, bathroom, A/C, TV and veranda. Approximately 80km from Thessaloniki and in a most welcoming and friendly environment, these comfortable and fresh studios will offer you days of rest and relaxation. The sea in Stavros is ideal for families with young children, and in the village market, you can find everything you need for a comfortable stay.
It's known that Stavros is a crossroads in Central Macedonia. On the one side it is literally the gateway to Mount Athos and on the other, it gives you the opportunity for day trips to Kavala, Philippi, Ierissos, and other famous sites.
Of course, you will not miss having fun and entertainment.
We emphasize that we have facilities for people with disabilities, as well as a playground for kids.

Discount
For reservations for period from 01.06.2024 to 14.06.2024, for stays of 7 nights and more, discount of 5 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Hello, we are a group of several families and we would like to book few rooms at Dona Studious. Our question will be if is ok for Dona studio to sleep 2 adults and 2 children in one room and what are the possibilities to reach Stavros from airport Thesaloniki? How many rooms have the entire Dona Studio? What is the maximum capacity? Will be a discount to book entire villa?
