Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

The apartment features a large living room with a sofa for two people and two bedrooms, each with a double bed, making it suitable for up to six people. The building in which this apartment is located is on a sloping terrain, so from one side the apartment is on the ground floor, and from the other side, it is on the upper floor.
Upon request, a baby cot can be provided at no additional charge.
