Our description

Anatoli Apartments is located near the center of Polychrono. It has 11 comfortable units, capacity for 2-6 persons. It is well kept and tidy. In the nice tiled courtyard, with a little green space, guests have a barbecue and a table under the awning.

The property is 350m away from the beach, 200m from the center and 100m from the market, bakery and pharmacy.

Three two-bed studios (20-25m2) have sea view, two two-bed studios have a courtyard view, three three-bed apartments (30-35m2) with two balconies have sea views, one four-bed apartment is on the ground floor (no sea view), and two more duplex apartments (50m2) for 5-6 persons are also on the ground floor.

Double studios have one double or twin twin beds. The triple apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and one single bed in the room with the kitchen. The four-bed apartment has one double bed and two single beds, while the duplex apartments have two bedrooms with one double bed or two single beds and an extra sofa from which another drawer can be drawn.

The kitchens are fully equipped, have a fridge and a two-ring hob, while large suites have a stove. The bathrooms of the larger apartments have large bathtubs, while the other units have small bathtubs with curtains.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet access, TV and large terraces. Guests can have a hairdryer and a laundry iron upon request and at the reception thay can take the parasols for the beach.
Cleaning, towels and bed linen are changed every three days.

Parking is 20m away and there is space for 10 cars.

The object is located on the left side of the highway when coming from the direction of Kriopigi, 200m after turning to the center of Polychrono.

The Anatoli Villa is owned by a family and it's 5 minute-walk away from the Blue flag awarded beach in Polihrono, on Halkidiki. The villa is built on a hill with a beautiful view of the bay. The Anatoli villa is surrounded by a flourishing and well-arranged garden and offers accommodation units with delicious food and air conditioning. Free wireless internet is available in the whole object.

All the studios and apartments have tiled floors, modest furniture and a balcony with a view of the Kassandra bay or the garden, TV, dining room and a kitchenette with a fridge, electric oven, cooking plates and a tea pot.

The villa comprises of 5 two-bedded studios, three-bedded and four-bedded apartments with one bedroom, as well as two five-bedded apartments with two bedrooms.

The apartment with one bedroom for three persons has a balcony with a sea view and a kitchenette with a dining room. A living room with a kitchen is separated from the bedroom. The apartment is about 30m2 and comprises of a bedroom and a living room. A bedroom has either a double bed or two single beds and one single bed may be found in the kitchen.

One bedroom apartments for four persons are situated on the ground floor and have one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with kitchen and two more single beds. 

Apartments with two bedrooms possess all the same as one bedroom apartments, with the only difference that it is located on the ground floor with direct access to the paved yard. This apartment has two bedrooms and one living room with kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed, the other one has two single beds and a living room has a folding couch, so the apartment can accommodate 5 adults. The apartment is about 50m2 and has two bathrooms, that is, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

Double studio has two single beds, a kitchen, bathroom and a terrace with a sea view. It is 25m2 of space.

Food for breakfast like bread, coffee, milk and fruit are delivered every day in the accommodation units of the Anatoli villa. It takes less than a 15 minutes drive to get to the traditional Greek taverns and bars in the Pefkohori summer resort.

Guests can enjoy massage upon a request. Breakfast is served in rooms. The villa possesses a private parking lot for its guests.
