Our description
De Sol Luxury Apartments is new accommodation built in 2014. The villa is located in a quiet part of Limenaria, out of the crowd, and it's ideal for a real vacation. Accommodation is modern, very nice decorated, with swimming pool and private parking. The owners are very helpful.
The first beach is located directly in front of the villa, only 200m away, below the Iris Gold factory. The closest restaurants and taverns, known for their seafood specialties, are also in the neighborhood. The famous Tripiti beach is only 500m away from the villa, as well as the supermarket, while the city center and promenade are within 1km.
The villa is very nicely arranged and offers 14 units in total- 6 apartments and 8 studios.
Each of six apartments is equipped with modern and comfortable furniture. Apartments Kohili and Thalassa are located on the ground floor (semi-basement), Manolia and Elia are on the first floor, while Blue Triantafilo and Toulipa are on the second. All upper floor apartments have a fantastic view of Aegean sea, Limenaria and Mount Athos.
Apartments are designed for a family of four. They consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, and a living room with double sofa bed. The kitchen is a part of the living room, balconies are divided and spacious, and the bathrooms are modern and have a shower. Apartments are air-conditioned and have a TV. Size of apartment in the basement and on the first floor is about 40m2, and on the second floor is about 30m2.
From the season 2017. also four studios in the separate building are available (Vythos, Votsalo, Korali and Asterias). All of them are on the ground floor, have 20m2, sea view and a double bed. Asterias and Vythos have a sofa bed suitable for one adult while Votsalo and Korali have a fold out sofa suitable for two people.
From the season 2019. there are four more studios available (Avra, Anemos, Flisvos and Okeanos). They are located in the same building as the old ones but on the fist floor. They also have a sea view, 20m2, kitchen and a bathroom. Three units have one double bed and a fold out sofe so they can accommodate up to four people, while the studio Avra can accommodate only up to three guests because it has a double bed and a fold out arm chair.
Guests can use the pool every day from 10-20h and the Pool&Food Bar is open from 8-00h. Gusets can not bring their own food and drinks to the pool area. By ordering an ice cream or coffee at the bar the guests can use the pool and deck chairs the whole day (minimun consumation of 1,5e).
Breakfast is served from 8-12h and the guests can order eggs, omelette, croissants, muesli, traditional Greek breakfast as well as coffee, yogurt, milk and juices. Lunch is served from 12-00h and the guests need to book it in the morning. They get salad and the main course (musaka, pastitsio, bolognese etc). Also, the guests can order gyros, suvlaki, burgers etc. Drinks are not included in the price.
Internet is provided. Guests of villa can use gym in Limenaria for free (the same owners).
Cleaning is done every day, while towels and bed linen are changed every 3-4 days.
In the beautifully landscaped yard there's a swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas.
Private parking is provided for all guests.
It's located at the entrance to Limenaria from the direction of Prinos, immediately after the factory Iris Gold, whose sign stands on the left side of the road and it's impossible not to notice it. 200m after the sign, turn left at the sign for Bagno Center and drive another 50m up the hill to the main entrance.
If you want high quality accommodation in nice location and with nice view, De Sol is a good choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Jedini "luksuz" je u nazivu. Pre svega, u pretrazi sam oznacio apartamane. Na web-sajtu postoji gomila slika ali je nemoguce povezati tekstualne opise sa postavljenim slikama na kojima sve izgleda sjajno. Trazio sam slike konkretnog apartmana koji smo rezervisali ali ih nikad nismo dobili. Po ceni koja nam je ponudjena, zakljucio sam da smo rezervisali apartman u pravom smislu te reci. Kada smo stigli, ispostavilo se da smo zapravo rezervisali sobu od skoro 14m2 u kojoj je bracni krevet i pored njega pomocna klupa koja se navodno rasklapa pa to sto nam je izdato se vodi kao 4-krevetno!! Ne znam kako bi izgledalo kad bi 4 osobe bile smestene posto je nama i ovako bilo tesno. Osim toga imalo smo predsoblje u koje je ugurana sudopera i frizider i to proglaseno kuhinjom. U kupatilu je daska wc-solje bila polomljena i nikad nije popravljena iako je odmah prvog dana prijavljeno. Sa balkona zaista imate pogled na more ali isto tako i jako sunce od ranog jutra posto tende ne postoje. Terasa je neupotrebljiva do popodneva. Bazen, iako na slikama deluje sasvim pristojno je zapravo veoma malo (oko 5x3 m). Dodatno, naplacuje se koristenje bazena i mobilijara oko bazena. Zapravo, ne naplacuje se ali je obavezno porucivanje iz sanka ako hocete da sedite u basi ili koristite bazen. Onako, vrlo "luksuzno", u skladu sa nazivom? Dorucak je takodje luksuzan - svakog dana imate izbor jaja na 3 nacina ili tost sendvic. Internet? Da, postoji signal ali vecinu vremena kada su svi gosti u sobama gubi konekciju ili je prenos veoma slab. Toliko da nije upotrebljiv ni za glasovne pozive preko WhatUp-a. Opravdanje je kako na ostrvu slabije radi a oni su se potrudili - imaju "cak" 2 rutera?! Ja kod kuce imam 3? Inace, kad se iskljuci njihova konekcija i prebaci na prenos preko mreze radi sasvim OK ali se trosi. Usluga koju smo dobili je u rangu sa drugim jeftinim smestajnim jedinicama u Grckoj. Problem je sto tvrde i naplacuju kao da pruzaju daleko vise a za to nemaju mogucnosti. Da je cena ovog smestaja 30-40% niza, bio bi sasvim dobar izbor za goste koji traze povoljan smestaj. Sa ovom cenom upadaju u kategoriju gde mora da se pruzi daleko vise. Nije sve tako lose ovde - vrlo je mirno i tiho obzirom da se nalazi oko 2 km od centra Limenarije. To im omogucava da imaju bas izdasan parking te da nema drugih smestaja u blizini pa nemate osecaj pretrpanosti.
