Our description
Grand Villas is a quality accommodation in Limenaria, with a small yard and a pool. It's pretty isolated and outside the city center, so the location is very peaceful.
The beach is at about 500m, while the nearest grocery store and the center of Limenaria are 300-400m away.
They offer eight quadruple apartments (30-40m2) with double bed in the bedroom, i.e. two sofa beds in the living room and five double studios (18m2) with one double bed. Each accommodation unit has an equipped kitchen, apartments have a mini-stove with oven. The auxiliary bed can be added in all units.
Accommodation units have A/C, TV with satellite channels, mosquito nets, hairdryer, safe box, iron, free WiFi and cable internet.
Some units have bigger balconies than the others.
The cleaning is provided every day, while the bed linen and towels are replaced every 3-4 days.
The yard is not big, with a small pool and barbecue. Next to the pool, there are few sunbeds.
The guests can leave their cars on the street in front of the accommodation, there's always enough place.
Arriving from Prinos, take a left on the main crossroad and continue ahead for 300m. Take a left after a small bridge, another left after 100m and 100m later you will see this accommodation.
If you're looking for peaceful surroundings and quality accommodation, Grand Villas is a good choice.

Owners description
Grand Villas is a modern new built apartments and studios, finished in 2015, located in the south part of Thassos Island - Limenaria (the second biggest village of Thassos). Only 300 meters from the center of the village and the Grand beach of Limenaria (over 2000 meters long), here you will find a friendly atmosphere with your own space to enjoy stress free relaxing holidays among always green olive groves. Just minutes away on foot from the beach and center, but far enough of the busy streets and noisy crowded village during the summer.
All our studios have its private balcony and are equipped with: bathroom with shower, kitchenette, burners, mini stove, cooking and dining facilities, toaster, kettle, dining table, refrigerator (95l), safe box, hairdryer, iron and iron board, air condition with private control, LED TV, free WiFi and cable internet, SAT TV channels. In one studio we can put one extra bed.
All our apartments have its private balcony and are equipped with: bathroom with shower, kitchenette, burners, mini stove, cooking and dining facilities, toaster, water boiler, dining table, refrigerator (95l), safe box, hairdryer, iron and iron board, air condition with private control, 2 LED TV, free WiFi and cable internet, SAT TV channels.
Studios have 1 double bed and accommodate up to 2 persons. Apartments have 1 bedroom with one double bed, living room with 2 sofa beds and accommodate up to 4 persons.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobro veče, zanima me da li imate dva slobodna četvorokrevetna apartmana u periodu od 7-17 avgusta? Jedna porodica ima tri odrasle osobe i jedno dete od 14 godina, a druga porodica ima dve odrasle osobe i dva deteta od 10 i 14 godina.

U pitanju je odličan smeštaj,koji je udaljen 500m od plaže i glavnog šetališta u Limenariji.Vlasnici govore engleski i rado će izaći u susret vašim zahtevima.Posteljina i peškiri se menjaju svaki dan,osim ako vi drugačije zahtevate.Sve u svemu sjajan izbor u ovom cenovnom rangu.Još bi pohvalio i ljude iz Nikane jer su vrlo poslovni i ljubazni,i preporučio bi ih za saradnju.
