Keramidi Villa is one of the most popular accommodations we have to offer in Limenaria. It offers to the guests beautiful and fully equipped apartments in a quiet location and thus provides the opportunity for a wonderful vacation during your stay on Thassos.
Keramidi Villa is located in Limenaria. It's a lovely villa and one of the most sought after because of the comfort it provides. It's located in a quiet part, slightly out of the city, at 650m from the intersection and about 1km from the city beach. A superbly supplied and affordable supermarket is at about 150m and a bakery at 300m from the house. You can get to the city in 10 minutes on foot.
It was built in 2008 and has spacious, new and modern apartments (45m2). There are five apartments (two on the ground floor and three on the first floor) in total. All apartments consist of two rooms, a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with dining room, equipped kitchen and two sofa beds. There is no possibility to add an extra bed.
Each apartment is equipped with SAT TV, bathroom, air conditioning and wireless internet. The terraces are very spacious, and each apartment has a two of them (on both sides of the house). The owners are very kind and unobtrusive and speak the language fluently.
Bed linen and towels are replaced after three days, while the guests themselves maintain the hygiene in the apartments. The price includes only final cleaning.
There's also a private parking and a barbecue in the yard available.
Arriving from the direction of Prinos, at the central intersection in Limenaria turn left towards inland (Castro village). After 650m, turn left and you'll see the villa on the right side of the road.
If you're looking for a good and affordable accommodation in a quiet location, which will serve as a base for island encircling, Keramidi Villa is an ideal choice for you.

Owners description
Villa Keramidi is known for its hospitality, its cleanliness, the modern furniture and it has all of the necessary comforts. Each apartment is two-spaced. It consists of a bedroom, bathroom and a living room. It also has two wide balconies, one at the front, and one at the back. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer. The living room has two couches which can turn into beds, a dining table, satellite TV, air conditioner and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator. Each one of the apartments can host up to 4-5 people. In Villa Keramidi's comforts, we can surely add the parking spots that are available, the wireless internet connection, the barbeque which is at the backyard, and of course the quiet and peaceful environment in nature.
Furthermore, Villa Keramidi has a supermarket next to it, and it is also near the school, so our little friends can play free on its playing ground with safety. If you are looking for comfortable accommodation in a quiet location, at a reasonable price, then Villa Keramidi is the best choice you have!

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smeštaj je veoma komforan s ljubaznim osobljem. Prostrane sobe i široke terase su odlicne za prijatan odmor u miru i uzivanju. Prakticno je za vecu porodicu s dvoje dece. Uzitak zagarantovan. Blizu je gradske plaze i centra grada. Sve neophodne institucije poput super marketa, pekare i drugih prodavnica su u blizini smeštaja. Za sve nedoumice i pitanja je osoblje bilo spremno i puno razumevanja. Jednom recju - kvalitetno iskustvo. 😀

Vila Keramidi,pristojna vila za pristojnu cenu. Udaljena od centra oko 600 m,sto je i dobro jer nema vike,guzve ni automobila. Docekaju vas domace i kulturne mace. Ujutru oko pola sest neki petao kome uopste nije dosadno ima svoju jutarnju ariju.Apartmani cisti,wi-fi odlican,na obe tarase pirka vetric i super je za sedenje ujutru i uvece. Parking za automobile je obezbedjen ispred vile,a ima mesta i van vile. Gazdarica Eleni,zna srpski,vidite je kad stignete i to je sve. Ukoliko ima neki problem,dolazi za 5 minuta. Sve u svemu ,skroz je ok.
