One of the most popular accommodations for PotosHotel Potos is a complex of accommodation facilities in the center of Potos. It's a very nice, high quality family hotel with wonderful garden, swimming pool, restaurant and kind stuff.
The hotel is 200m from the city beach.
Hotel Potos consists of four separate buildings.
The first building on the right side consists of four studios with a kitchen, two on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. All studios have a double bed and a possibility of inserting one or two extra beds with a standard mattress. The base of extra beds is metal, but their height and quality are the same as any hotel bed.
Studios on the ground floor exit directly to the children's playground with toys. They are suitable for families with children and people in wheelchairs (entrance has no stairs and the bathrooms are adapted for people with disabilities). Two studios on the first floor share a terrace, but each has a sitting set and its own part of a terrace. This terrace overlooks the sea.
This building is the smallest of all in the complex and it's slightly displaced in relation to the pool, offering the most peace and the best conditions for families with children. The studios are the medium size (about 20m2) as double, but with adding of extra beds space is significantly smaller. Furniture is new, the first floor was renovated in 2011 and the ground floor in 2009.
Second is the central and at the same time the largest. It has a total of 12 rooms and two junior suites.
All rooms (about 15m2) are equipped with luxury, quality and modern furniture with tender tones, which varies in color from room to room. Bathrooms are modern and with a shower cabin. Rooms have one double or two single beds and the possibility of adding an extra bed with a standard mattress that can fit an adult. All rooms have a fridge. Some rooms have direct sea view, rooms with corner balconies have a view to the pool and the sea, while the others have a view towards the settlement. This building also features an elevator.
Junior suites are without a kitchen (around 20m2) just like all rooms in this building. They consist of a bedroom with one double or two single beds and the living room with sofa for two. Air conditioning and TV are in the living room.
The third building is located just next to the pool. The terraces in all the rooms in this building directly overlook the sea, the courtyard and the pool. Ten rooms are arranged on the ground and the first floor, while the other are located on the 2nd floor and all of them are renovated in 2009. Two rooms have three single beds or a double and a single bed, as well as the possibility of adding an extra bed (with standard mattress for the fourth person). Two rooms have a double and a single bed, as well as the possibility of adding two or three additional beds with a standard mattress. The other rooms are double with an extra bed for the third person. Furniture in these rooms is also good and new.
The last building is a very interesting villa, as the owners call it. It is a one-story building with a basement, consisting of five apartments (around 30m2).
Two apartments are on the ground floor and consist of a bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette. They have direct access to the separate paved courtyard with small green areas, seating furniture with large tables for enjoyment, movable barbecue and plenty of shaded space for children to play and make friends. A few steps lead to a courtyard with the pool. These apartments are ideal for families looking for more privacy in the yard. There are one double bed and the possibility of adding an extra bed in the bedroom, and two sofas or two single beds and also the possibility of adding an extra bed in the living room.
One apartment is located a few steps below the courtyard level (semi-basement) and also consists of a bedroom and a living room. The bedroom has a double and a single bed, while the living room has a single and an extra bed, as well as a quite large kitchen with a stove with oven. In front of this apartment is a sitting furniture.
There is one large apartment on the first floor, for larger families. The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. It has a large balcony with a view of the pool and the sea. The apartment in the villa is ideal for large families. It is close to the pool, it is a little secluded, so guests have their privacy. The furniture in the villa is a little older than the furniture in the other buildings.
All rooms within the complex have wireless internet, satellite television, air conditioning, safe box, hairdryer, scales for weighing, iron and a telephone. Only the apartments in the villa have a barbecue.
Guests can use the swimming pool, bar and restaurant. The restaurant offers a rich buffet breakfast (5-6 sorts of coffee, milk, several kinds of meat and dairy products, etc.). Drinks and juices are charged additionally. Breakfast is served from 8:00 till 10:00.
Cleaning is performed daily, while bed linen and towels are replaced in every three days.
The hotel has no private parking, but nearby there are two large and free public parking lots (at 100 and 200m).
The hotel is in a great location. It's about 200m away from the city beach and although it's just a few steps away from the promenade, it's protected from the traffic and noise. There's direct access from the yard to the promenade with a supermarket, bakery, pastry shop, souvenir and other various shops, fast food restaurants etc.
Arriving from the direction of Limenaria, after Alexander Beach Hotel (on the main road) turn half-right to the first street that leads towards the sea. You'll see the gate of Hotel Potos 100m after the turn. On a board next to the gate, it's written Restaurant Loukoulos.

Potos Hotel is located in one of the most beautiful seaside villages of Thassos. We are only 100m from the center of the village with its beautiful sandy beach, shops, bars and taverns, yet we are in a quiet area that ensures you a perfect holiday setting. We have everything you would want to ensure that your holiday is a memorable one. Spacious rooms, swimming pool, pool bar, restaurant and playground for children. Our hotel has rooms that can accommodate one, two and three persons. There are also four triple suites with a bedroom for two persons and a living room for one or two additional people. Right beside the playground, there are four studios with a kitchenette. Each studio is a 3-person capacity. All of our accommodations have a balcony, bathroom, hairdryer, phone, satellite TV, A/C and heating, mini-bar, radio and safe box. 70% of our rooms have an amazing view of the sea and swimming pool.
Our restaurant is one of the finest in Potos. We can serve breakfast, lunch and dinner to our guests. We have a large assortment of meals on our menu. We serve Traditional Greek Cuisine as well as some international dishes. We also have a variety of fresh fish that is caught daily by the fishermen of Potos. We also have a selection of wines, beers, ouzo and locally produced tsipouro as well as soft drinks to go with your meal. Dining with us is an experience the whole family will enjoy.
You will be delighted with our swimming pool and pool bar. There is a pool for the adults as well as a small wading pool for our younger guests. Around the pool, there are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for your relaxation in the sun. We also have a pool bar available to serve cold refreshing drinks throughout the day and into the night. We serve a variety of coffees, juices, soft drinks, beers, spirits, as well as a variety of mixed drinks. You may want to join us by the pool in the morning for coffee or juice while you relax in the morning sun.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Poštovani, da li dvokrevetna soba poseduje bilo kakvu vrstu čajne kuhinje, preciznije neki aparat za grejanje/kuvanje? Dosli bismo sa bebom od 6 meseci kojoj je potrebno barenje nekih namirnica. Ukoliko ovako nesto ne postoji u sobi, da li je dozvoljeno da nesto slicno unesemo ? Hvala unapred.

Hotel je smešten na lepom mestu. Ali jedina mana je što nema privatan parking. Postoji dosta mesta za parkiranje blizu hotela koja su blizu na par metara. Usluga i sam boravak u hotelu su bili veoma dobri. Hrana jako lepa i raznovrsna. Sve u svemu vredi doći u ovaj hotel.

Poštovani, Prije svega, hvala Vam na pomoći u odabiru smještaja, imajući u vidu da smo ga tražili u zadnji čas. Tasos je prelijep i oduševila nas je njegova jednostavnost. Plaže predivne, bili smo na više njih, ali je naš izbor bila Roso Gremos, zbog veličine, prelijepog mora, normalnih cijena i odsustva gužve (vjerovatno nije popularizovana, a što je nama odgovaralo). Što se tiče hotela Potos mislim da ga treba više reklamirati, bar restoran, ljubaznost domaćina i osoblja. Hrana je bila fenomenalna, mi smo imali uplaćen polupansion. Jedno veče smo izašli u grad na vrčeru, htjeli smo jesti ribu i školje (to nije bilo u sklopu našeg jelovnika) i nismo bili zadovoljni. Možda nismo pogodili pravi restoran na rivi, ali svejedno je bilo onako. Jedina moja zamjerka je što bi jelovnik mogao da sadrži i neke morske plodove, koje imaju u ponudi i što su nam mogli bar bokal vode dostaviti uz večeru, free. Ipak, nijedno veče nije bila gužva i mi smo im možda bili i nabolji gosti, mi smo platili da jedemo kod njih. Ali na stranu sve, nama je bilo lijepo i baš smo uživali i dobro se odmorili.
