The VOZZi package is tied to a person, not a car.
So, when you activate the package, you have the right to all services not only as a driver, but also if you happen to be a passenger in someone else’s car that has a breakdown.
When you have a breakdown on the road, by clicking one button in the VOZZi application you can call for help and on your phone screen you can follow the movement of the repairman or the tow truck towards you.

1x Quick fix to continue your journey immediately
Minor mechanical repair is provided at the location where the service was requested (battery charging, wheel replacement service, fuel delivery) in the territory covered by the package.
 
When a quick fix doesn’t solve the problem, we tow you to our service center
When it is not possible to fix the fault on the spot, a tow vehicle is provided to the nearest partner service that can fix the fault, with the transport of all passengers.
 
1x In the service, we cover repairs up to €200 outside of the arrangement in Greece booked through Nikana.gr
Paid vehicle repair worth up to EUR 200 When the repair cost exceeds 200 EUR, the user pays the difference. This service does not include the costs of regular vehicle maintenance.
 
1x In the service, we cover repairs up to €400 for the duration of the arrangement in Greece booked through Nikana.gr, on the territory of Greece 
Paid vehicle repair worth up to EUR 400 exclusively in the period when the user is in Greece, in an arrangement booked through Nikana.gr
 
1x While the repair is in progress, you and the passengers rest in the hotel
Hotel accommodation for up to 48 hours in the maximum amount of up to 50 EUR per person per day, during the duration of the vehicle repair.
 
We tow the car without limits, and we drive you home
When the repair takes longer than 2 working days or is impossible, the vehicle and passengers are returned to the desired address in the Republic of Serbia, without mileage restrictions.
 
1x Who wants to go further, VOZZi covers the travel costs
Continuing the journey by train, bus, plane, or any other means of transport, VOZZi covers costs for all passengers up to EUR 50 per passenger.

2x Quick fix to continue your journey immediately
Servicemen are provided for quick vehicle repairs at your location (minor mechanical repair, battery refill, wheel replacement service, fuel delivery) on the territory of the Republic of Serbia with unlimited mileage.
The cost of spare (new or used) parts, as well as fuel, is borne by the user of the service.
 
There is also one tug up to 40 km
In the event of a breakdown or traffic accident, a towing service is provided on the territory of the Republic of Serbia up to 40 km.
The total mileage is calculated from your location where the towing service is requested to the agreed destination.
 
When a quick fix doesn’t help, we tow the car and passengers home
In the event of a breakdown or traffic accident, the service of towing the vehicle to the user’s desired location, in the territory of the Republic of Serbia, is provided with the transportation of all passengers from vehicles with unlimited mileage. Unlimited towing service does not apply to defective tires, battery, light bulb or empty tank.
 
1x While the repair is in progress, you and the passengers rest in the hotel
When the repair is carried out in the partner service, hotel accommodation is provided for all passengers from the vehicle for a duration of 48 hours in the amount of EUR 30 per passenger. Repair of the vehicle is pays  by the client.
 
We keep your car in our parking lot (x2)
Parking for the vehicle in the parking lot for up to 48 hours is provided (in case of investigation, insurance assessment, waiting for the delivery of spare parts).
 
Upgrade VOZZi Nikana Greece - VOZZi Europe
If you want to travel further in Europe for an additional 500 RSD, you can have the Vozzi Europe package that covers all of Europe, even the islands.
Even in that case, you will have a covered repair of up to €400 on the territory of Greece during the duration of the arrangement through us, and outside of Greece and throughout Europe, a covered repair of up to €200
