When you have a breakdown on the road, by clicking one button in the VOZZi application you can call for help and on your phone screen you can follow the movement of the repairman or the tow truck towards you.

Anywhere in Greece you happen to be, even on an island.
The package covers Serbia, North Macedonia, Bulgaria and Greece, without any additional costs.
1x Quick fix to continue your journey immediately.
Minor mechanical repair is provided at the location where the service was requested (battery charging, wheel replacement service, fuel delivery) in the territory covered by the package.
When a quick repair does not solve the problem, a tow to a Vozzi partner service center is provided.
When it is not possible to fix the fault on the spot, a tow vehicle is provided to the nearest partner service that can fix the fault, with the transport of all passengers.

1x In the service, repairs up to €200 are covered outside of the arrangement in Greece booked through Nikana.gr
Paid vehicle repair worth up to EUR 200.
When the repair cost exceeds 200 EUR, the user pays the difference.
This service does not include the costs of regular vehicle maintenance.

1x Vehicle repair coverage up to 400€ during the duration of your arrangement in Greece booked through Nikana.gr, within Greek territory.
Vehicle repairs up to the value of 400 EUR are covered exclusively during your stay in Greece, within the arrangement booked through Nikana.gr.

1x While the repair is taking place, you and your passengers can relax at the hotel.
Hotel accommodation for up to 48 hours, with a maximum amount of 50 EUR per person per day, during the vehicle repair.

Car towing without limits, with transportation provided for you and your companions back home.
If the repair takes longer than 2 working days or is not feasible, the vehicle and passengers are transported back to the desired address in Serbia, with no mileage restrictions.

Services in Serbia

2x Quick repair to resume your journey immediately.
The service provider will perform quick vehicle repairs at your location (minor mechanical repairs, battery recharge, tire replacement, fuel delivery) within the territory of the Republic of Serbia, with unlimited mileage. The cost of spare parts (new or used) and fuel is covered by the service user.

One towing service within 40 km is also provided.
In the event of a breakdown or accident, towing service is provided within the territory of the Republic of Serbia for up to 40 km. The total mileage is calculated from your location where the towing service was requested to the agreed destination.

When quick repair is not sufficient, car towing and transportation of passengers back home are provided.
In case of a breakdown or accident, towing service for the vehicle to the desired location of the user, within the territory of the Republic of Serbia, with transportation for all passengers from the vehicle and unlimited mileage. The unlimited towing service does not cover faulty tires, battery, light bulb, or an empty fuel tank.

1x While the repair is taking place, you and your passengers can relax at the hotel.
When the repair is conducted at a partner service, hotel accommodation is provided for all passengers from the vehicle for up to 48 hours, with a value of 30 EUR per passenger. The client bears the cost of the vehicle repair.

Your car will be kept at Vozzi parking (x2).
Vehicle parking is provided for up to 48 hours (in the case of investigation, insurance assessment, waiting for spare parts delivery).

If you wish to travel further across Europe, for an additional 500RSD, you can have the Vozzi Europe package that covers the entire Europe, including islands. Even in that case, repairs up to 400€ in Greece are covered, within the duration of your arrangement booked through us. Outside of Greece and in the whole of Europe, repairs up to 200€ are covered.
