Astris Beach Hotel is located exactly on the beach in place Astris. It is nice family hotel with a restaurant in the ground floor. Nice garden goes until the beach. There is also private parking provided and umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach with a drink ordered.

It is located on the beach in Astris, right accross the market Astris and 5,5km from Potos.

In the ground floor there is a restaurant where the guests can have breakfast and dinner/lunch. In the same floor are also three double rooms while first floor has 6 units (2-4 persons) with kitchen on the balcony and sea view. Guests choose what they want to be served.

In the ground floor are 3 double rooms (15m2) and they are all the same. They have two single beds, fridge, balcony with garden and sea view and bathroom with shower with curtain. In front of those rooms is common kitchen. Inside the room, guests have kettle and cups.

On the first floor, there are 6 units. Only one is duplex apartment (45m2, sea view). First bedroom has double bed and the other has two single beds. Kitchen is inside the apartment and bathroom is with shower with curtain.

Four studios are for two persons and they have kitchen on the balcony with sea view. One studio is renovated, with double bed and you can find it in the price list as Superior 2 bed Studio (18m2). The other three studios have wooden furniture and you can find them in the price list as Standard 2 Bed Studio (15m2). Two of them have two single beds and one has double bed.

One studio is triple and it is also renovated. It has one double and one single bed. In the price list is listed as Superior 3 Bed Studio (18m2).

All the units have TV, air-conditioner, fridge, internet (WiFi), balcony with awning, mosquito nets, bathroom and a hair dryer. Balconies of all accommodation units look over the beach and the sea.

Change on towels and linen is provided on the half of stay.

In the garden there is a barbecue that guests can use.

Parking is inside the garden and there is enough space for all rooms.

Considering the fact that the well-known restaurant is on the ground floor, tourists can also pay for meals and not only for a night. 

The beach in front of the hotel is very long and wide, without crowd, with clear sea water, sandy-gravelly and with also some rocky parts. On the beach there is a shower.
Guests can use umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach with a drink ordered from the restaurant belonging to the accommodation.

Coming in direction from Potos, drive 5,5km more and you will see Astris Beach Hotel on the right side of the main road.

Across from the hotel, on the other side of the main road, is a mini-market "Astris", where you can find everything you need at affordable prices. Next to the market there is a phone box. And one of the advantages is that the bus stop is right in front for guests who came without a car. At a distance of 500m before Astris, from the direction of Potos, is one of the most beautiful beaches in Thassos, Psili Amos Beach. The famous Alyki is 15km distant from here.

All in all, Astris can be interesting as a base for anyone who loves peace and quiet, close to a good beach and for those who does not crave crowds, evening walks, shopping and nightlife. And if by any chance you miss those things, Potos is only 5.5km from Astris and offers a large selection of shops, restaurants, walk, entertainment.

Astris Beach Hotel is one of those accommodation that are located literally on the beach, from which not even a road separates it from, but you are immediately stepping on the sand once you leave the room. If you want this kind of accommodation, which is not only close to the beach but also has a sea view, then Astris beach is an excellent choice.

Owners description

The beautiful Astris beach lies on the southern side of Thassos island, approximately 6km south from Potos and 8km from Limenaria. It's a peaceful and quiet place, surrounded by olive trees.

Astris Beach Hotel is a family business which started in the fall of 60s only with the restaurant. With our 46 years of experience and the ideas of the new generation, we managed to combine food and hospitality. Our facilities include three double rooms on the ground floor as well as one spacious apartment, two superior and three standard studios on the first floor. All of them are fully equipped, with a kitchen, A/C, bathroom, TV, hairdryer and a panoramic sea view.
