Our description
Paradise Dream is located on Roso Gremos beach. When you see the house, the first thing you will notice is a fantastic garden, with lots of greenery, trees, palm trees and flowers. It is located in very quiet place so it it good choice for those you search for real holiday. Nearby are also popular beaches Notos and Psili Amos and Potos is only few minutes of driving.
It's 150m from Roso Gremos beach. To the beach leads earthy path, mainly in the shade of pine trees.
The house is two-storey and the accommodation units are on the ground and the first floor.
The ground floor consists of one apartment and studio.
The apartment has two rooms. In the first, there's a large kitchen and two single beds, while in the second room there's one double bed and the exit onto the terrace. The apartment is spacious and very nice (30m2) with a direct access to a small courtyard that is completely in the shade. In the yard, there's a barbecue and sitting furniture only for guests of the apartment and the studio next to it.
Next to the apartment on the ground floor, there's also one quadruple studio (around 25m2). The owners equipped this studio for themselves, but due to the fact that they live in Limenas, it's available for reservations. The studio has a large and fully equipped kitchen with the classic stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge with freezer. In the bathroom, there's a bathtub. Studio has one standard size double bed, one double bed narrower than standard and a sofa bed. The studio has two exits to the garden and it's ideal for families with small children.
On the upper floor, there are double studios and one double room (20m2). All of them have kitchen on the terrace, except for the room that has no kitchen, only a refrigerator. Two studios are connected and can be rented as a duplex apartment. Both have a bathroom and a kitchen on the terrace. All double studios and the room have two single beds, a bathroom and a closet. The double room without a kitchen has at its disposal a fully equipped shared kitchen located on the ground floor, which is also available for the other guests of the villa.
Towels and bed linen replacement, as well as cleaning, is performed every three days.
The yard has a lot of shade, two barbecues, many tables and chairs in the shade, sun loungers and parasols, as well as a big shared kitchen if you do not want to cook in the room or on the terrace. There are also toys for children.
Guests of the Paradise Dream Villa are provided with parking and wireless interne.
Owners usually have the regular guests every year.
Roso Gremos beach is beautiful, surrounded by pine trees. By the utmost left part of the beach was built a 5-star hotel The Royal Paradise Beach Resort & Spa, while the middle and the right part are still free to use and set up towels and umbrellas. The beach is sandy and the water is ideal for children, with shallows and gradual depth.
Arriving from the direction of Prinos, via Limenaria and Potos, continue toward Astris. Paradise Dream Villa is on the right side of the highway, about 2km from Potos toward Astris. Turn right from the highway, just before the big luxury hotel Royal Paradise.
If you want a decent lodging a bit out of the city, with parking in the shade, feeling that you're in a place where you can truly relax in a beautiful nature, surrounded by greenery and pine trees, a 2-minute walk from the beautiful, not that urban beach without the crowds, and shoal for children, than the Paradise Dream Villa is a perfect place for you.
Potos is only two minutes drive away, and it offers you the crowd, a promenade, bars, restaurants, shops, amusement park etc. The beautiful sandy beach is just two minutes walk from the villa, while San Antonio beach is a couple of hundred meters away.

Paradise Dream is located outside of the town of Potos, Thassos.
We offer an apartment and a large studio which can sleep up to four people. They are equipped with a kitchen, television, and a private bathroom.
We also offer rooms that have a private bathroom as well as a kitchenette on the balcony which each can sleep up to two people.
Our grounds are well shaded from the summer sun where you can enjoy an outdoor barbecue. For entertainment, you can take a short walk to our nearby beach or take a quick drive to the town of Potos where you can find many cafes, bars, and nightclubs.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Apartman za 2 osobe je mali ali dovoljan, lepo uređen, čist. Domaćini su jako ljubazni ljudi. Vila je na odličnoj lokaciji, dovoljno udaljena od centra da uveče imate svoj mir a takođe i dovoljno blizu nekih od poznatijih i prelepih plaža. Sve preporuke za smeštaj!
