Owners description
Guitar Apartment (30m2) is the accommodation in Nea Peramos. The apartment is about 500m from the city center, 50m from the sea and it has a separate bedroom with one double and a single bed, TV (without satellite channels) and A/C. One auxiliary bed can be added, but space became smaller. Also, there's a fully equipped kitchen with a folding sofa bed and a bathroom. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a beautiful balcony with a side sea view. Bed linen and towels are replaced every four days. There's no internet reception.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Apartman konforan za dve osobe i ako ima tri kreveta . Zadovoljan i možda dođem i sledeće godine . Moja preporuka za ovaj apartman .

Da li imate slpbodan smestaj od 5.08.za 9 ili 10 noci? Za dve odrasle osobe i dvoje dece, 6 i 3 god. Trokrevetni studio bi nam trebao. Ukoliko imate slobodno interesuje me cena i nacin kako da rezervisem. Hvala
