Our description
Art villa is located in the new part of Stavros, about 250m from the beach and can host up to seven people. It is located in a quiet part of town and offers guests privacy, proximity to the beach, yard and private parking.
The center is about 800m away, the nearest market is 250m away, while the bakery is 650m away.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, kettle, toaster, large fridge), with a dining table and two sofa beds. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. On the first floor, there is a bedroom that looks towards the sea, has a double bed and an extra bed, and this room is not separated from the lower part of the accommodation by a door.
The villa has two verandas, one in the front and one in the back of the ground floor. The yard is fenced and landscaped and has a barbecue and a set for sitting and dining, with a parasol.
In front of the yard is a private property that is used as a parking lot and it is possible to park several vehicles.
Art Villa is ideal for families and travelers who want a peaceful vacation in excellent accommodation near the beach and who don't mind a little more distance from the center of Stavros.

Owners description
Art Villa is located in Stavros, Thessaloniki. It is a newly built accommodation (2022). Independent building of 50 sq.m. It includes 37 sq.m. ground floor living room with two sofas that convert into double beds and clothes hanger. Office and flat-screen TV with Greek and satellite channels. Bathroom with hot water from solar water heater. Two verandas with tables and chairs. One to the east overlooking the sea and the other to the west.
There is a loft of 14 sqm with double bed, armchair, wardrobe and clothes hanger and views of east (beach) and west.
Free internet is available throughout the area. In the courtyard 150 sqm there is a fountain, table with chairs and umbrella and barbecue. In front of the yard there is a private parking inside the plot.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Sve top. Smestaj, dvoriste, domacini, blizina plaze, pa i sama plaza.

Sve savrseno. U smestaju ima bukvalno sve sto vam moze zatrebati, od pegle i mini daske do konca za usivanje. Veoma je prostrano pa ne morate da obilazite krevete kao u vecini smestaja. Dve terase su locirane tako da uvek imate na jednoj hlad. Okolina mirna, pravi mali raj za uzivanje i odmor. Plaza 3min laganog hoda. Domacini divni ljudi. Sve preporuke.
