Owners description
Nick Rooms 2 is an accommodation located in Stavros, Thessaloniki region, and offers air-conditioned studios located on the first floor.
The studios have a view of the sea and the pool, which is ideal for children's birthdays and parties. The rooms have free internet access, as well as a TV and a baby cot on request. The windows are secured with mosquito nets.
The kitchens each have a large hotplate, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster, and they also offer a standard fridge with a freezer compartment.
There is a shower in the bathroom.
All rooms have balconies with beautiful views.
Next to the pool, there are deckchairs, as well as an outdoor shower. The yard is fenced, with a lawn, and there is also a garden for sitting. Parking is private.
Cleaning is done every day, while bed linen is changed every three days, and towels are changed every other day.
Pets are not allowed. The nearest beach is sandy and is located 50m from the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani Da li mogu da dobijem dostupne termine za avgust mesec. Posle 18og avgusta. I trebale bi mi dve sobe 1/2 i 1/3 ako bi bile u tom terminu slobodne.

Zanima me koliko je velik trokrevetni studio i volela bih da na mejl adresu dobijem slike konkretne ponude - 4 bed Studio sea view i 3 bed Studio deluxe sea view kako bih mogla da odlučim šta nam više odgovara. Takođe me zanima koliko je smeštaj udaljen od plaže Platani.
