Despina Studios is the accommodation in Lassi and it's an ideal choice for everyone looking for a decent accommodation with affordable prices as a base for visiting the most beautiful beaches of Kefalonia. It offers a nice courtyard with lots of greenery and flowers, free wireless internet and ample private parking.
The city center is at about 200m from and the organized sandy beach Makrys Gialos is 650m away.
Studios (17-20m2) are for 2-3 persons, some with a garden view and some with a direct or side sea view. They have one double or two connected single beds and a possibility of adding one folding auxiliary bed.
Duplex apartments (37m2) for 4-5 persons have in each bedroom two single beds and a possibility of adding one folding auxiliary bed in the kitchen area.
All accommodation units have air conditioning (with extra charge), TV, shared balcony, safety deposit box, bathroom and a completely equipped kitchen (hot plates and fridge with freezer).
Cleaning is done on daily basis. Bed linen is changed once per week and towels are replaced twice a week.
Baby cot is provided upon mandatory request (with extra charge).
Garden is nice and parking spot is provided for each guest.

Owners description
Perched on a hill overlooking the Ionian Sea, Despina Studios is the accommodation at 600m from the sandy beach of Makrys Gialos. The family-run property offers self-catering units with a shared terrace amidst its lush garden.
Simply decorated with wooden furnishings and in earthy colours, all the studios and apartments have a sea or garden view, kitchenette with a fridge and cooking rings, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
Restaurants and supermarkets can be found in the centre of Lassi (200m), Argostoli and the port are at 3,5km, while Kefalonia International Airport is 7km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Divan smeštaj sa još divnijom vlasnicom, Doris, koja je uradila i previše za nas i maksimalno nam izlazila u susret. Sobe se redovno čiste, nameštaj je udoban, sam izgled apartmana je predobar. Obezbeđen parking je za nas takođe bio veliki plus. Jedina zamerka je što su uličice kojima se dolazi do apartmana dosta uske, ako idete kolima morate da budete jako pažljivi. Sve ostalo je bilo savršeno!

Bio sam smešten u app sa dve spavaće sobe. Uredan i čist apartman. Fenomenalan pogled sa terase. Vlasnici su vrlo ljubazni. Sobe su i bolje nego na fotografijama.

Great place to stay. I suggest a mobile hanging to dry wet cloths instead of hanging them around.

Do you have accommodation from August 9 to August 20 for 4 persons. We are flexible with arrival time (plus minus two or three days). It is also possible to rent two two-bad studios on one 4 bad appartment. What is the price. Thank you. Regards, Dragan
