If the comfort, quality and proximity to the beach are the criteria for choosing accommodation, Vasiliadi Villa in Vourvourou is the right choice for you. Built in a spacious and landscaped courtyard with a fantastic pool near the beach, this accommodation is a synonym for hedonism and rest in a true sense of the word. It's recommended primarily to families with children because the yard looks like it's designed for children, but also for couples and those who need a quality holiday.

Vasiliadi Villa was last renovated in 2012. It's 100m from the beach and 50m from the nearest supermarket and several taverns.

Six triple studios (23m2) have one double and a single bed or a sofa. Three quintuple apartments (35m2) have one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room with a kitchen, while a folding sofa is either in the bedroom either in the living room. The studios and quintuple apartments are set on the ground and the first floor. Two sextuple apartments in the attic (45m2) have a sea view, one double i.e. a single bed in two separate bedrooms and a folding sofa bed in the room with a kitchen. Six-bed apartments are not available in the 2024 season. The furniture is modern and new, and the hygiene is on a high level.

Non-renovated octuple apartment in the attic, overlooking the sea, has two bedrooms with one double and a sofa bed, i.e. three single beds, a room with a kitchen and two sofa beds and a bathroom with enclosed shower with a curtain. A the moment it is not available for reservations.

All accommodation units have a terrace (5m2), TV, internet, air conditioning, mosquito nets, bathroom with a shower cabin (except non-renovated apartment) and an equipped kitchen with mini-stove with oven. If needed, you can get a hairdryer from the owner, as well as a washing machine with an additional fee. Bed linen and towels are replaced after three days, while cleaning is performed every day.

Parasols and deck chairs by the pool and on the beach are free for guests of the villa. There's also private parking, children's playground, a barbecue with table and chairs, as well as a bar in the courtyard where guests can have a drink and something to eat.

Following the main street through Vourvourou, you will see the villa on the left, across the supermarket, 200m after the Vergos Hotel.

Owners description

Just 30m from the sandy beach of Vourvourou, Villa Vasiliadi is set within a big garden and offers self-catering accommodation with free WiFi. Within proximity, there are many shops, super markets and fish taverns. Vasiliadi studios and apartments are air-conditioned and open out to a patio with direct access to the garden. They feature a kitchenette with a mini-oven and fridge. All units are also fitted with a TV, desk and private bathroom with shower. In the garden of Villa Vasiliadi, there is a playground for the younger guests, as well as a shaded kiosk with BBQ facilities and an outdoor dining area. Within 50m of the property, there is a bus stop connecting to the nearby beaches. At 13km, guests can visit the village of Agios Nikolaos. Free private parking is available on site.  The complex consists of two units.

The building A with a peculiar architecture has four studios and a 2-room apartment on the first floor, four studio and a 2-room apartment the second floor and two beautiful large and spacious lofts with two and three rooms and a beautiful view of the Mount Athos Gulf. All have a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV, private balcony with sea views and free access to the internet.

The building B is in excellent condition, renovated in 2011. It consists of four bungalows and 2-bedroom apartments. Each has a fully equipped kitchen air TV, vast terrace overlooking the sea and free access to the internet. 

Inside this magnificent property, there are a playground (five institutions) and BBQ which serves 30 people and green space for the parking of cars. Our rooms are ideal for short or long holidays for families and couples seeking for calm relaxing enjoyment of the holidays by combining with enviable hospitality of Halkidiki. Next to our hotel, there are many shops, supermarket, grills, taverns, pizzerias satisfy even the most demanding visitor. Cleaning is on a daily basis. Bedding change is every third day, towels optionally.

Studio: Located on the ground floor, approximately 25m2, fully equipped kitchen, is consisted of one double bed and a single bed. Studio capacity is three persons. 

Apartment: Located on the ground floor, approximately 37m2, consists of a double bed, two single beds, sofa and fully equipped kitchen. Studio capacity is five persons. Maximum adults are four. 

Loft Apartment: Located on the second floor, approximately 50m2, two bedrooms and a lining room, this loft has a double bed, two single beds, a sofa and a double sofa. Individual balcony with a sea view and a fully equipped kitchen is provided. Studio capacity is six persons.
