Our description
Zinozis Beach Apartments is located on the very shore in the village of Vourvourou, in the northeast of Sithonia, within a 5000 square meter courtyard and just 60m from the beach. Vourvourou is special because there is an archipelago of nine islands nearby, the largest of which is Diaporos, and the sea water is extremely calm and warm because the islands shield it from the wind and cold currents.
The accommodation consists of studios and apartments located on the ground floor and on the first floor, intended for two to five people. There are double and triple studios available, containing a double bed and an additional bed for one person, as well as apartments with one or two bedrooms for four or five people, equipped with two double beds and an additional sofa for one person.
A baby cot is available upon request and included in the price.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi internet, hairdryer, kitchen equipped with a large fridge with freezer, two hot plates, as well as a small oven and kettle in some units. The property features a 24-hour reception, restaurant, and bar.
Guests can enjoy warm summer mornings and evenings on the veranda or balcony, depending on the floor of the accommodation unit, which are furnished with seating sets and offer views of the courtyard or sideways to the sea.
In the carefully maintained courtyard with an outdoor dining area, guests can enjoy the possibility of preparing barbecues with family and friends.
Pets are allowed exclusively in the villa's courtyard, where there is also a dog house.
Cleaning of accommodation units, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days. Laundry service is also available.
Private parking is available on site.
The accommodation is located 102km from Thessaloniki Airport and 7km from Ormos Panagias.

Owners description
Zinozis Beach Apartments are located inside a 6.000 sq. meter green place full of trees, besides the sea in Vourvourou Halkidiki. A true oasis for those who desire to relax, to calm and to have a luxury summer vacation.
There are 17 fully furnished Apartments & Suites on the ground floor and first floor, a 65 square meter house (villa) and a suite. They all have wonderful view of the sea and Diaporos island.
Just in front of the Zinozis Beach Apartments, is the blue sea with lovely sand and a beach bar exclusively for our customers. The sea is shallow, making it ideal for fun for all the family.
Our goal is to make the visitor feel comfortable and like at home from the first moment and we achieve this by showing care and concern.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani, u ovom smestaju je sve bukirano do 22/09 nazalost, da li vam se jos nesto dopalo iz nase ponude da proverimo u vasem terminu? Mozemo i mi da preporucimo nesto, samo nam javite do koje cene vam odgovara smestaj ? I da li samo Vourvourou dolazi u obzir? Pozdrav

postovani, da li ima slobodan termin od 24.08-3.09 u Zinozis Beach za dve odrasle osobe i dete od 2 godine ik oja je cena,ako nema taj termin odgovara nam i od 3.09.-13.09 ili da nam predlozite nesto slicno,hvala unapred. srdacan pozdrav!
