Our description

Katerina Hotel Apartments is the accommodation near the beach in Kanali, about 200m from the town center. It offers a pool, a restaurant, a snack bar and a beach bar, deck chairs and parasols on the beach and pool. It has studios for 2-3 persons and apartments for 4-5 persons.
It's the most sought after facility in the Epirus region is our site, with excellent reviews from our guests who have spent summer in a hotel in the previous seasons.

Preveza is about 12km away.

Nine double studios (18m2) have one double or two single beds and a folding armchair, eight quadruple apartments (32m2) have one double bed in the bedroom and a large sofa bed in the kitchen area, while one quintuple apartment (42m2) has one double and a single bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the kitchen area.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, an equipped kitchen (two hotplates, small fridge and a coffee maker), wireless internet, bathroom with a hairdryer and a terrace.

Cleaning is carried out daily, while towels and bed linen are replaced every third day.

The hotel offers a reception desk, safe box (additionally charged), a large pool with a part for children, poolside bar, restaurant, internet corner, children's playground and covered private parking.

It's separated from the long and sandy beaches by a slow street, and deck chairs and parasols are free of charge with a purchased drink.

After entering the Kanali and descending to the beach, drive for another 300m until you reach the gate of the hotel on the left.

Katerina Hotel is especially interesting for families with children because of the facilities it offers and the proximity of the beach, but it's often visited by couples looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Katerina Hotel Apartments is a complex located by the Kanali beach, on the Ionian coast, about 15km from Preveza.

The large pool complex with a separate children's pool has a bar, sun loungers, umbrellas and a pool-side service. At the hotel's swimming pool you can witness some of the most magnificent sunsets of the region. Leaving all your worries behind, you will soon start to feel completely relaxed and rested. Katerina's administration prides itself on its outstanding, warm and friendly service. Nothing is too much trouble and you will soon become friends, even if at first you arrive as a guest. It is also a paradise for children as they can have as much fun as they want without disturbing you and your neighbours.

At our poolside bar, you can enjoy a breakfast buffet, coffees, ice creams, cocktails and much more. Our restaurant offers a wide large traditional and international cuisine, for lunch and dinner. Entertainment evenings are also organised with full orchestra and traditional dancers.

Our accommodation units host a maximum of five persons. In the quadruple and quintuple apartments, the living and sleeping areas are separate.

Double apartment is for two adults and one child. Facilities include A/C, kitchen, refrigerator, SAT-TV, telephone, shower with a toilet and a balcony.

Deluxe Room with sea view is for two persons. Facilities include A/C, kitchen, refrigerator, SAT-TV, telephone, internet, shower with a toilet, balcony with a sea view and room service.
