Elegant Maisonettes is located in Skala Furka, on the western coast of Kassandra, about 200 meters from the beach. The peaceful surroundings, modern and functional design, as well as the landscaped yard make this accommodation a good choice for families and groups of friends who want a comfortable holiday close to the sea and all necessary amenities.

This property offers five apartments with identical layout and equipment, designed to accommodate up to six adults. All apartments are maisonettes spread over two levels, which clearly separates the living area from the sleeping area. On the lower level, located on the raised ground floor, there is a living room connected to the kitchen and dining area, as well as a toilet. On the upper level, i.e., the first floor, there are two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds, while the living room features a sofa bed for two people. This arrangement allows guests to spend time together in the spacious living area, while enjoying more peace and privacy in the bedrooms upstairs.

For the youngest guests, a baby cot can be provided upon request and free of charge, making travel easier for parents and ensuring a more practical and pleasant stay with a child.

The apartments are equipped with air conditioners located in the living room and both bedrooms, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout. Guests have access to WiFi and Smart TVs with apps for enjoying favorite content. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stove with four heating zones and a large oven, suitable for regular meal preparation, including more complex dishes and oven specialties. A large refrigerator with a freezer provides ample space for storing food and drinks, while a microwave oven allows quick reheating. A coffee maker, kettle, and toaster are also available, making breakfast and hot drinks easier to prepare. For added convenience, especially during longer stays, a washing machine and hair dryer are provided.

Each apartment has four balconies: one at the entrance and three overlooking the yard and surroundings. The property includes a shared fenced yard, and each apartment has its own barbecue facilities.

Small pets are allowed with an extra charge, enabling guests to spend their holiday with their pets and avoid arranging separate care during travel.

Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay. Replacement sets of bed linen and towels are available in the accommodation, and guests change them themselves as needed. For all reservations, there is a mandatory extra charge for the final cleaning service.

Each apartment has one private parking space within the property. Guests therefore have guaranteed parking next to the accommodation and do not need to search for free spaces in nearby streets, which makes daily use of the car easier during their stay.

The accommodation is about 87 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
