Elegant Maisonettes is located in Skala Fourka, on the west coast of Kassandra, about 200 meters from the beach. The peaceful surroundings, modern and functionally furnished space, as well as the landscaped courtyard, make this accommodation a good choice for families and groups of friends who want a comfortable vacation near the sea and the amenities needed during their stay.

This accommodation offers five apartments with identical layout and equipment, designed for a maximum of six adults. All apartments are maisonettes in their structure, spread over two levels, which clearly separates the common living area and the area intended for relaxation. On the lower level, which is located on the high ground floor of the building, there is a living room connected to the kitchen and dining room and a toilet, while on the second level, or the first floor, there are two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds, while the living room has a sofa bed for two people. This layout allows guests to spend time together in the spacious living area, with more peace and privacy in the bedrooms on the upper level.

For the youngest guests, a cot can be provided upon request and at no additional charge, which makes it easier for parents to organize their trip and contributes to a more practical and pleasant stay with their child.

The apartments are equipped with air conditioning units in the living room and both bedrooms, allowing for a pleasant temperature in all rooms. Guests have access to WiFi and a Smart TV with applications for enjoying their favorite content. The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic stove with four heating zones and a large oven, enabling the regular preparation of meals, including more demanding dishes and oven specialties. A large refrigerator with a freezer provides enough space for storing food and drinks, while a microwave oven allows for their quick reheating. Guests also have access to a coffee machine, kettle and toaster, which make it easier to prepare breakfast and hot drinks. A washing machine and hairdryer contribute to additional practicality, especially during longer stays.

Each apartment has four balconies, one of which is located by the entrance, while the other three offer a view of the courtyard and the surrounding area. There is a shared fenced yard within the property, and each apartment has its own barbecue.

Small pets can stay in the accommodation for an additional fee, which allows guests to spend their summer vacation in their company and avoid organizing special care during their trip.

Maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment during their stay is left to the guests. Additional sets of bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation, and guests can change them independently if necessary. For all reservations at this accommodation, there is a mandatory surcharge for the final cleaning service.

One private parking space is provided for each apartment within the property. Guests thus have a pre-secured parking space with the accommodation and do not have to look for a free space in the surrounding streets, which further facilitates the everyday use of the car during their stay.

Skala Fourka is a smaller and quieter resort on the west coast of Kassandra, especially suitable for family vacations. The long sandy beach is known for its clear blue-green sea, while the gradual entry into the water and the sandy bottom are suitable for families with children. During the day, guests can enjoy swimming and walking along the coast, and the western location of the town provides an opportunity to watch the sunset over the sea. Along the beach, there are taverns with a view of the sea, serving local specialties and fresh fish. The settlement is mainly made up of private houses, so the atmosphere is pleasant and unobtrusive, without a pronounced tourist crowd. Instead of a classic promenade, the central gathering place is a spacious and well-maintained square, around which there are cafes, shops, taverns and children’s play areas. The surroundings, rich in pine forests and olive groves, further contribute to the natural ambience and relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere, which is why Skala Fourka is particularly suitable for guests who want a quieter vacation with the availability of basic amenities. The accommodation is about 87 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
