It is situated in the second row to the sea, about 120m from the sandy beach. The nearest store is 50m away, and the closest bakery is around 100m away.

The property consists of three double, four triple, and four quadruple studios. In double studios, there is one double bed, triple ones have two joined single beds and a sofa, while quadruple studios have one double and two single beds. The studios are between 30-37m2 in size. All of them have a TV, air conditioning, internet, safe, mosquito nets, a bathroom with a shower cabin and hairdryer, as well as a equipped kitchen with a mini-oven with hot plates, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and necessary utensils. On the first floor, there are two studios of each type, while on the second floor, there is one double and two triple and quadruple studios. Each studio has a terrace with an awning and a dining table. Towels and bed linen are changed every three days.

The yard is small but with enough parking space, and there is a garage for 7-8 cars.

If you are traveling on the main road from the north, you will turn left at the eighth exit from entering Sarti. Continue straight to the second left turn and after 20m you will see this accommodation on your left.
