Villa D&D Holiday Studios is located in the center of Potos, in the front row by the sea. It’s in a quiet area, tucked in the flowers and greenery. The view to the sea is direct and fantastic and sunsets are unforgettable.
City beach is 50 meters away, while there is one more small rocky beach, 80 meters from the other side.
D&D offers three five-bed apartments (2 in ground floor and one upstairs) and also one duplex 4 bed apartment on the second floor. They are all facing the sea and each size is between 35 and 40m2.
Villa has two entrances. One is from the sea side and it is for five bed apartments, while the other one is from the back side of the house and it is for four bed apartment. Coordinates are different and depend from the apartment that you book.
In 5 bed apartments- the first room has one double bed, kitchen, and entrance/exit to the bathroom and at the end is another room with beds for three people. The furniture is classic. The bathrooms are modern and new. The kitchens have standard quality.
Four bed duplex apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on the 2nd floor with sea view. Each bedroom has double bed and A/C. One bedroom has a balcony with sea view while the other one has just a window. There is also one balcony outside of this apartment intended just for the guests of this unit.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV and wireless internet signal. All of that is included in the price. Bathrooms have shower cabin and hairdryer. There are also mosquito nets (only not on the doors).
Changing towels and linen and cleaning is done every 5 days.
The yard is nicely decorated with lots of greenery and flowers and comfortable sitting furniture. Sea view from the yard is also very nice. Portable grill is available to guests.
In front of the villa is a large parking area.
The town beach is just two minutes walk away, just as all other facilities tourists require and the villa is protected from traffic and noise. On the right side from the villa there is a small private beach of the villa Papaikonomu, free to use, and a little further there is a beach of the hotel Alexandra Beach.
The owners of the villa, a married couple in the late years, are fluent in English very friendly and helpful.
After Pefkari (from Limenaria direction), you should turn right to Potos exactly after hotel Alexandra Beach. After some while, on your right you will see small turn which leads to the beach. Take that turn and go to the right side from the pier- the house is behind the large parking lot and amphitheater.
Great location (among the best in Potos), sea view, parking, large economic apartments, educated, friendly and helpful hosts, make this villa a good choice.
