Elsa is a new and very nicely furnished villa, with a spacious yard and parking. In the courtyard there are tables, chairs, barbecue and more toys for children. It is only few minutes walking from popular San Antonio Beach.

Accommodation is located 200m from the San Antonio beach and approximately 1km from the center of Potos.

Elsa offers three duplex apartments (35m2) and nine studios (around 20m2), on the ground, first and second floor. The apartments are four-bed, and studios can be double or triple and 4 bed studio. Accommodation units located on the ground and first floor have a garden view, while some on the second floor overlooking the sea.

Double studios have a double bed, built-in kitchenette and a large terrace. Triple studios, along with a double, have an extra bed with a standard mattress, and a kitchen in the same room.
Studio with four beds is only one and is located on the ground floor. It has big balcony.
One more 4 bed studio is in the ground floor with garden view, it is bigger than others and that’s why it is more expensive. It has one double and two single beds. In price list you can find it as 4 bed studio, new.

The apartments are four-bed and have two bedrooms. In the first bedroom there’s one double bed and in the other room there are two single beds. Both bedrooms have a TV and a terrace. The bathroom has a shower cabin. The kitchen is in a separate room and is well equipped. There is one apartment in each floor.

All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, internet, hairdryer and mosquito nets. Furniture is new and modern, everything is clean and tidy.

Cleaning is performed on daily basis, while bed linen is replaced every 2-3 days.

Garden is very well arranged an spacious. There are tables and chairs, playground and barbecue.

Inside the yard is also a parking.

Arriving to Potos from direction of Limenaria, at the central crossroads continue straight ahead toward the exit and drive for 1km. You will see Elsa Villa after Klimataria restaurant, on the left side of the main road, opposite from turning toward hotel Atrium.

Elsa Villa is ideal for those looking for a quality and new accommodation close to the sandy beach, slightly displaced from town, with plenty of space for children and a small garden ideal for grilling and enjoyment, with parking, and clean and modern studios and apartments.
