In the kitchen, there is a stove and a small refrigerator with a freezer, while in the bathroom, there is a shower cabin without a curtain. There are eight triple-bed studios with three single beds.
All studios are air-conditioned, have internet access, TV, and a terrace, or a veranda. Mosquito nets are available in all units. If anyone needs a hairdryer, they can ask the friendly owners.
Cleaning of the studios, replacement of towels and bed linen is done every three days.
In the courtyard, there are several toys for children, while parents can relax in the shade of the gazebo or on sun loungers. Guests also have access to a fountain.
Private parking is located in the courtyard and has enough space for everyone if guests park properly.
The property is located on a hill, or downhill, which is characteristic of most accommodations in Kallithea. It exudes cleanliness and is in good condition.
