Accommodation description
Celestial Sun Villa is located in the center of town, only 120m from the well-maintained central beach. Access to the studios is very easy from the main street that runs past Lutra.
It offers accommodation in two-bed studios as well as four-bed apartments. All units are equipped with kitchen (stove with two hotplates) with refrigerator, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, LCD TV. Some studios have a panoramic view of the sea, while others have a view of the wooded slopes that rise above Lutra. The villa is the right choice for all those who want a beautiful view from their balcony, easy access to the entire facility, proximity to the beach and facilities that the place has.
Guests are provided with towels, free use of air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet and private parking.

The images of the accommodation do not reflect the actual condition. We faced an additional problem when the septic tank overflowed, but thanks to you from Nikana, we quickly received a new, much better accommodation. The hygiene was poor, with cobwebs everywhere, dirty dishes, and hair in the shower cabin. The apartment we stayed in had no doors between the rooms, making it feel like we were in a studio, which was our biggest disappointment.

- Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

REMARK
- Minimum stay is nine nights.
- The first and second child up to two years old, accompanied by two adults, receive a discount of 20€ per shift. The third child up to two years old, accompanied by two adults, receives a discount of 10€ per shift. The maximum number of discounts for children is three per accommodation unit.
