Our description
Sophia Elena Villa is located in Minia. In addition to private parking and a beautiful courtyard, it offers high-quality studios for two and three people, as well as one luxury maisonette. The villa is in a great position, as it's located in the center.
The beach is about 1km away.
The first thing that catches the eye of the guests is the perfectly landscaped yard, with trimmed grass, lots of flowers and greenery, dotted with trees and paths. With a seating area, the yard is suitable for socializing. In the backyard, there is peace, and in the front, the guest is in the centre of events, since the main street passes by the house, so you can choose where to spend time in the breaks between swimming.
Two double studios (18m2) have one double or two single beds, and three triple studios (20m2) have one double and a single bed.
The quadruple maisonette (38m2) has a sea view. On the upper floor, there's an air-conditioned bedroom with one double bed and a TV, bathroom with jacuzzi and a large terrace. Down the stairs, there's a bedroom with one double bed and a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator and microwave, bathroom and a large terrace.
Accommodation units have air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a terrace, while baby cot is available upon request. Cleaning is performed on a daily basis, while bed linen and towels are replaced every third day.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
