If a guest arrives after the arrival date of the reservation or if he leaves before the departure date of the reservation, property owner keeps the right to charge the total price of the reservation. If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, deposit will be refunded, less administrative fee which in most cases is 35€ but could be more (depending on bank). If cancelled later, or in case of no-show, deposit will not be refunded.
Guests must pay the full cost of any damage they cause to property.

Property owner does not accept any liability for loss, damage, injury, or accident which the tenant or any of his party may incur or experience. Neither can the owner accept liability for any disruption or inconvenience which might affect guest's holiday where such failure is not reasonably the fault of the owner.

Website Nikana.gr is owned and operated by tourist agency Nikana Travel, situated in Potos, Thassos, Greece, whose work is approved by the Greek National Tourist Association under license number ΜΗ.Τ.Ε. 01.55.Ε60.00.00059.01.

Your use of the service, information text, graphics and materials provided via or on the website is governed by these terms and conditions. By using the website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Nikana.gr provides an online accommodation booking facility through which hotels (including all types of temporary accommodation) can advertise their rooms for reservation, and through which visitors to the website can make such reservations. The accommodation, its availability and its rates are supplied by accommodation providers. Nikana.gr acts as an intermediary between accommodation providers and visitors in order to provide visitors with the possibility to search, compare and book accommodation online.

By making a reservation through Nikana.gr, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the hotel at which you book. From the point at which you make your reservation, we act solely as an intermediary between you and the hotel, transmitting the details of your reservation to the relevant hotel and sending you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the hotel.

Payment is made directly to the accommodation provider or their nominated representative.

Nikana.gr endeavors to get all accommodation to provide their best rate but does not guarantee that the rate displayed is the best rate in the market.

Nikana.gr does not accept any liability for unavailability of accommodation caused by the accommodation providers. Our service is based on information provided by accommodation providers such as hotels. We do our utmost to ensure that all information provided on this website is accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is comprehensive and error free. Nor can we be held responsible for interruptions or non-delivery of information.

All guest reviews, articles, comments and forum posts are uploaded by the site visitors onto our website for the sole purpose of providing information for (future) customers, and can be used and placed by Nikana.gr at its sole discretion on our website or such social media platforms, newsletters, special promotions, apps or other channels owned, hosted, used or controlled by Nikana.gr. We reserve the right to adjust, refuse or remove reviews, articles, comments and forum posts at our sole discretion.

If you cancel an accommodation booking, such cancellation will be according to the cancellation policy of the accommodation provider as stated on your confirmation email and in terms and conditions of reservation. We recommend you read the cancellation policy of the accommodation provider carefully.

Nikana.gr does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of or connected with the website or for any services provided by the website. As electronic services are subject to interruption and breakdown, access to the website is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis only.

Our services are made available for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you are not allowed to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on our website for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.
