Marielena Maisonettes is located on the western coast of the Sithonia peninsula, in the first row and 55m away from the beach with golden sand and turquoise sea color, Aretes Beach, while the nearest village, Toroni, is located 5km away. Near the accommodation, there is only one tavern and one beach bar, which guarantees guests a peaceful vacation away from the crowds and noise characteristic of larger resorts.
The three-bedroom apartment, suitable for a maximum of four adults and two children, is structured as a two-level maisonette. On the lower level, on the ground floor, it has a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen, while on the upper level, which is at the level of the first floor, it has three bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom. Two bedrooms in this apartment have one double bed each, while one bedroom has a narrower double bed than the standard one, intended for sleeping two children.
The four-bedroom apartment, suitable for a maximum of eight adults, is structured as a two-level maisonette. On the lower level, on the ground floor, it has a bathroom, a bedroom, and a living room with a kitchen, while on the upper level, which is at the level of the first floor, it has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms in this apartment have one double bed each.
Upon request, a baby cot is available within the price.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has independent air conditioning units in the living room and each bedroom, guests have access to a TV, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass-ceramic hotplates, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
