If you are searching for a luxury, modern accommodation, with private pool and yard, then Salonikiou Beach Luxury Residences is the right choice for you. Only few steps from the nice, sandy beach, it will offer you the vacation that you dreamed about.

The accommodation is located around 100m from the Salonikiou beach, but the street must be crossed in order to reach it. The traditional fishing village of Pirgadikia with a small marina and Metagitsi are 4km away where you can find taverns and smaller markets, while Moun Athos is a 30-minute drive away.

In the offer are two separated, ground floor houses, Eden and Pearl, each one with it’s own yard and swimming pool. In the 2025 season, Pearl is not available for rent.

House Eden can accommodate maximum three persons. It is consisted of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa, kitchen, dining room and bathroom.

House Pearl can accommodate maximum five persons. It is consisted of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds, a living room with a sofa, kitchen, dining room and two bathrooms.

Both houses have internet, TV, air conditioning (Pearl has two), safe, mosquito nets, while a baby cot is available upon request. Kitchen is equipped with an induction hob with two hot plates, standard dimension stove, big refrigerator with freezer, kettle and coffee machine. In the yard there are sunbeds next to the swimming pool, while in the other part there is a gazebo with barbecue. Housekeeping is daily. Pets are allowed upon agreement with the owner.

The accommodation is located in a street by the beach Salonikiou, on the left side, actually right behind the accommodation Salonikiou Beach Deluxe Apartments, so it is not difficult to find it.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
