If you are searching for a luxury, modern accommodation, with private pool and yard, then Salonikiou Beach Luxury Residences is the right choice for you. Only few steps from the nice, sandy beach, it will offer you the vacation that you dreamed about.
The accommodation is located around 100m from the Salonikiou beach, but the street must be crossed in order to reach it. The traditional fishing village of Pirgadikia with a small marina and Metagitsi are 4km away where you can find taverns and smaller markets, while Moun Athos is a 30-minute drive away.
In the offer are two separated, ground floor houses, Eden and Pearl, each one with it's own yard and swimming pool.
House Eden can accommodate maximum three persons. It is consisted of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa, kitchen, dining room and bathroom.
House Pearl can accommodate maximum five persons. It is consisted of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds, a living room with a sofa, kitchen, dining room and two bathrooms.
Both houses have internet, TV, air conditioning (Pearl has two), safe, mosquito nets, while a baby cot is available upon request. Kitchen is equipped with an induction hob with two hot plates, standard dimension stove, big refrigerator with freezer, kettle and coffee machine. In the yard there are sunbeds next to the swimming pool, while in the other part there is a gazebo with barbecue. Housekeeping is daily. Pets are allowed upon agreement with the owner.
The accommodation is located in a street by the beach Salonikiou, on the left side, actually right behind the accommodation Salonikiou Beach Deluxe Apartments, so it is not difficult to find it.

Salonikiou Beach Luxury Residences is an elegant, family-friendly accommodation in Akti Salonikiou, located at a quiet area ideal for families, between Sithonia and Athos peninsula, close to the traditional fishermen village of Pirgadikia and just 30 minutes away from Mount Athos. It's at only 50m from the beautiful, Blue Flag awarded beach, ideal for relaxation and unforgettable family moments.
In 2013-2017, it was partly renovated, upgrading this way the building and the services, always maintaining friendly to environment procedures.
The Residence Eden has one bedroom and it can accommodate up to thee adults. Located in a 500m2 private olive garden, this residence boasts a spectacular oversized garden and ultimate privacy. Furnished in contemporary elegance, bedroom and living room are perfectly crafted for those seeking for the most soothing experience. The Residence Eden also features in-garden waterfall and a private pool with open-air jacuzzi. The bedroom has a queen size bed, bathroom with a shower, closet and air conditioning. There's also a sofa bed in the living room that becomes one double bed.
The Residence Pearl has two bedrooms and it can accommodate up to five guests. This luxurious accommodation will appeal to those seeking the finest quality in life. Located in an olive garden designed to offer the ultimate luxury and privacy to its guests. Bedrooms and bathrooms are stylishly and exclusively decorated, while the dining area and living room with floor-to-ceiling windows open to a magnificent area that includes a private pool with open-air jacuzzi. Additionally, guests can enjoy their own barbeque and privacy in a colourful garden. Master bedroom has one queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, closet and air conditioning. The second bedroom has twin beds, air conditioning and closet. There's also a sofa bed in the living room that becomes one double bed.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
