Hotel Description

Apartment Liniki is located in the very center of the town of Perea. It is situated on the third floor of the building and is approximately 100m away from the sea.

The apartment is air-conditioned, equipped with WiFi and TV, as well as a washing machine. The apartment covers an area of 50m2 and features a spacious living room with a three-seater sofa and a folding armchair, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Additionally, the apartment has three terraces. The maximum number of guests is 5.

A crib is also available to guests.

Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay. For reservations of 10 nights or more, guests are provided with an additional set of bed linen and towels, which they can replace independently.

A parking space is available within the building.

The apartment is just three minutes away from the beach. Attention must be paid to hygiene, as there is an unpleasant odor coming from the air conditioning unit. The owners are very kind.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

REMARK

The accommodation can be rented on a monthly basis in the period December-April, at a price of 340 euros for one month without utilities (40-50 euros).
