Apartment Liniki is located in the center of Perea, on the third floor, the square footage of the apartment is 50m2 and it has a spacious living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The apartment also has three terraces. The living room is equipped with a sofa and a folding armchair. The maximum number of guests is 5. The apartment has Wi-Fi, and the parking is located within the building. The accommodation is located less than 100m from the sandy beach.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
