Laskarina is one of the most popular affordable accommodations in Potos. A well-kept courtyard, cleanliness, the kindness of the owner, and a generally pleasant atmosphere are just some of the reasons why many return to this same accommodation year after year.
Studios Laskarina is located 300m from the center of Potos and about 400m from the city beach in Potos.
The accommodation offers nine studios, which are divided into two buildings and can accommodate two to four people. For online reservations, three studios in the first building are available, while the studios in the second building are part of another accommodation, also offered under the name Laskarina Garden Studios.
The first building has two quadruple studios on the upper floor and one studio on the ground floor (although there are two to three steps). The ground floor studio is accessed through the veranda used by the owners. The studios are of medium size and the kitchen is partially separated by a partition wall from the sleeping area.
In the second building, there are three studios on the ground floor and the upper floor. The two side studios are quadruple, while the studios in the middle, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, are triple and can accommodate an additional pull-out armchair if necessary. The studios have one double bed and one or two single beds.
The furniture is newer and well-maintained. Each studio, in addition to the kitchenette with a stove and refrigerator, has its own bathroom, terrace, air conditioning, TV, wireless internet, and refrigerator. The size of the studios is approximately 25m2. Only two ground floor studios have a larger refrigerator.
Cleaning is done every five days, and during that time, the bed linen and towels are also replaced.
The courtyard is very clean. It features a built-in barbecue area with seating and dining sets, as well as a space for children to play, with swings and a slide.
Parking is a very important feature, especially in Potos. There are eight parking spaces at the entrance to the courtyard, and if there is no space available there, free parking is also available along the street.
At the central intersection in Potos, turn left towards Teologos. After 300m, you will see the house on the left side of the street, across from Villa Athina, right after Villa Dusseldorf.
Although 400m may seem like a lot, it is only a 4-5 minute leisurely walk from the city center and the beach (where the nearest supermarket is located), away from the noise and crowds. The owner is a very quiet and kind elderly lady. She speaks Greek and German.
Laskarina Studios is an ideal accommodation for those who want decent accommodation in Potos at affordable prices. It is also excellent for those who enjoy socializing and for those who come in larger groups due to the possibility of barbecuing and sitting in the courtyard.
