Maries Sea View House offers one apartment with two bedrooms and a beautiful view of the sea and the beach Sunset, near which it is located. The center of the small but very popular village Skala Maries is only 100m away from the villa, so the guests can easily geto to all the facilities that this place offers.

Accommodation is located 100m away from the beach Sunset and at the same distance from a small town beach and all the shops and taverns.

Villa offers one duplex apartment that has two bedrooms and an area of ​​60m2. This unit is located on the high ground but since the house is on a slope, from the front of the building the terrace looks like it is located on the first floor. It has a beautiful sea view. The owners occasionally stay in the ground floor apartment during the summer. In one bedroom there is a double bed, while in the other one there are two single beds. The living room has a sofa bed, air conditioner and an equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, oven, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The bathroom has been renovated for the season of 2021 and it has a shower cabin.

Cleaning, as well as the change of towels and bed linen are being done every three days.

Guests can find parking space on the street in front of the accommodation. There is almost always free space.

Coming from Prinos, turn right at the first exit for the village Skala Maries, which also leads to beach Sunset. Continue driving straight and after getting to the top of the climb you will see your accommodation on the right side of the road.
