Nadja Villa is located in an exclusive and peaceful area of Elia Beach, nestled in a natural setting of pine trees and olive groves, just 100 m from a beautiful sandy beach with crystal-clear waters. The house can accommodate up to six adults and six children, providing a spacious and comfortable environment, ideal for larger families or groups of friends. The villa extends over the ground floor and first floor. The ground floor features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the first floor includes an additional bedroom, a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, two dining areas, and a spacious living room. All bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the living room includes two single sofa beds and an additional double sofa bed.

A baby cot is also available in the villa.

The villa is equipped with four air conditioning units, one in the living room and the remaining three in the bedrooms. The living room also features a fan and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and suitable for preparing all types of meals, with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and a dishwasher. Smaller appliances available to guests include a kettle, an electric coffee pot, a coffee machine, a toaster and a microwave. Additional amenities include a washing machine and a hairdryer, making the stay even more convenient.

The property features a carefully landscaped garden rich in greenery, offering complete peace and an ideal environment for relaxation. Guests have access to two balconies, as well as a private ground-floor veranda, all furnished with outdoor seating. Within the yard, there is also a swimming pool with four sun loungers, where guests can enjoy the sun and refreshment. Additional comfort is provided by a private barbecue, natural shade, and all the amenities necessary for a carefree holiday away from noise, at your own pace.

Only small pets are allowed at this property, free of charge, upon prior request.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation. Bed linen and towels are provided, and guests may organize their replacement according to their own needs. Cleaning service is available at an additional cost.

Guests are provided with two parking spaces reserved exclusively for accommodation users.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
